Highly recommended to use this gummies.
So good for am vitamin type.

Didn't like the pre workout gummies so tried to cancel but finding the cancellation process is impossible. Emailed them using the email or mentioned on the website but it bounced back as undeliverable. Very poor customer service

I am using the high strength magnesium gummies, which seem to be good quality and taste good, I am now on my second order. However I do agree that the customer service could be better. Processing and delivery of orders is a bit slow. On my first order I was disappointed that after placing the order, one product was found to be out of stock. I ended up paying delivery for only one product and I asked for a free delivery code so that I could order that missing product when it is back in stock, but the company said no.

Havent gotten my order and its been weeks. Ordered from Amazon.

Products were good. However, a really unreliable service. Repeatedly needed to chase deliveries, only to be told that either the delivery had failed (of which I'd had no prior notification), or my subscription being cancelled from their end without my instruction, or letting me know. Takes the convenience out of a subscription so will just be getting from the shop now.

I placed an order 5 days ago, payment taken. I have had no email confirmation and have NOT received my order.
This company seems to be a scam !!

Attempted to order twice, nothing got delivered. I did get a refund but there was no communication about anything.

Absolutely horrendous! Tried 3 different emails, contacted on Facebook and raised a dispute through clearpay. Not one single reply and payment is being taken again tomorrow. DON'T BOTHER!!!

My partner ordered some gummies on a Friday, cancelled the order on the same day (6 mins after) and yet she still received the item on the Monday. Now, there is no response to emails/Fb messages/Instagram for us to return the item for a refund. Will keep trying, but just so anyone else is aware - be 100% sure before buying, otherwise you might be stuck with the product. Also, the contact number on the invoice 0161 469 2711 does not work.

Took 3 subscription payments didn’t receive anything. Raised a dispute on PayPal and was asked to close it and they would despatch the order. Now not responding to emails.

These gummy vits are so good, I’m back for more! Though I actually only turned to Known Nutrition when the brand I usually use was out of stock, I don’t foresee myself getting tired of their delicious products any time soon. Just call me a convert!

Complete scam. Cancelled my order without telling me (I only found out when I went to track the parcel!) and won't answer my emails - all they wanted was my details to sell on!
