Second time rent
the service was ok after we managed to get to the parking and office
they need to create a direct telephone with the driver and especially with the 24 road assistance
is second time i rent from them if the don't support this i will not rent again

We are soon implementing a system on our website where you can check Live where the shuttle bus is, unfortunately it's unsafe for the shuttle driver to speak while driving and that's the reason we cannot offer you a phone number directly, but you can call our Customer Care Department anytime regardless of your request.

I booked a car through cars.wizzair.com, later discovering the booking was handled by Klass Wagen Romania Craiova. Manager of the office Razvan and his colleague Petrisor Horatiu .
At the desk I was told that my credit card doesn’t work , (totally not true, I booked with the same card with another company few minutes later and it was working perfectly )
The agent Petrisor recommended to pay €33 per day in exchange of the holding deposit I said no, and then the Manager Razvan declined to give as the car pretending that the card credit doesn’t work but in the same time suggesting that we should pay per day €33. I strongly recommend avoiding car rentals Klass Wages Craiova definitely they have the interest of working in comision.

Please note that, according to our rental policy, the security deposit must be blocked on a valid credit card that meets the required conditions for the rental. In situations where the card does not allow the preauthorization to be completed successfully, our team may offer alternative protection options that reduce or remove the deposit requirement. These options are optional and are presented to help customers continue with the rental if the standard deposit cannot be processed.
The additional daily amount mentioned was related to such an optional protection package and was not imposed as a mandatory condition, but offered as an alternative solution.
Our team follows the same rental procedures for all customers, based on the card validation result provided by the payment terminal and banking system, not on personal discretion.
We regret that this situation created frustration during your reservation process and appreciate your feedback, as it helps us review and improve our customer experience.

Rental was great. Car was great and new. Very good value for money.
The only issue was with gas, that was not full-to-full, but that's my personal preference.

Our rental reservation process was easy and efficient. Checking in and getting a ride from the airport in Bucharest to the rental location was a little hard as we could not talk to a person since it was after hours. Drop off was efficient and quick and had no issues with the vehicle over the rental period.

not the best car renting experience I had
Honestly, not the best car renting experience I had. And there are several reasons I would like to mention:
1. The company basically don’t give you a choice but to buy the insurance from them (you can not to buy but then they will take 550€ per every scratch what is yours or not yours).
Car was rented on 3rd party website such as Ryanair car rental and price was very convenient. Insurance what Ryanair offered was 9€ per day. But the company said I should pay 210€ per 5 days what make it 40+€ per days. Scandal and a scheme in my opinion.
2. Day before return the car Emilian messaged me in WhatsApp and we agreed that I come at 14:30. After arrival there were no one in the office and I was rushing to the airport. After calling several times Emilian disrespectfully said but it should be 15:30, WhatsApp messages confirming that it should be 14:30. He didn’t even apologize or try to properly help, every call he was like 5 min and someone will arrive and like this for 20+ minutes.
3 stars still here because his colleague was pretty much nice and helpful guy (sorry, do not know the name). Ale car was fine as well.
Would I like to recommend the company? Probably not, due that scheme of insurance. Feeling scammed tbh.

Amazing experience at OTP airport
Rented a car from Klass Wagen at Henri Coandă International Airport (OTP) and had a really positive experience overall.
The service was kind, quick, and efficient. Alin (if I got the name right) was especially helpful, and we were pleasantly surprised with an upgrade to a more premium car than we originally booked.
Both pick-up and drop-off were smooth and hassle-free. Thanks to the full coverage we chose, the return process was especially easy with no detailed inspection needed.
The only small challenge was coordinating the shuttle upon arrival. We didn’t have phone access, and since there’s no WhatsApp option, it took a bit of effort to get in touch.
Overall, a great experience and I’d definitely rent from them again
