Everything went well.
Except that my credit card was not accepted.

Rentet a car for 2 days through rentalcars.com and payd for full coverage.
At the rental office we were asked to pay for a deposit of 2500 Euro...no big deal, I was prepared, had a credit card ready that I used before for this purpose and thought everything should be fine...but the klasswagen agent had a different agenda.
He declined my credit card because it was both credit and debit card in one with two different card nr and security codes (have to mention that the card is issued by a major Danish Bank) and according to the terms and conditions of the rental company (not rentalcars) that is not an acceptable because only has to be credit card.
I asked him to provide their terms and conditions and it said nothing about a 2in1 card being not acceptable.
In the end I proposed to just put the card in the POS and select the credit card part and block the deposit, he refused although I asked repeatedly and kept saying that card was not valid.

In the end after 30 minutes of arguing and multiple threats that were not going to be able to get the car we reserved and payed for he finally gave in and processed the credit card and everything went through!

Before leaving he made it sound like he did us a big favor for accepting an invalid form for payment and if the car was booked for a longer period he would have definitely declined the card and had to pay for their insurance.
I feel that the whole thing was his way of pressuring us into paying for another insurance although we already payed for one.
The whole experience became better at the return of the car where everything went smooth and the agent was very professional and respectful and this is the only reason for the 3 star review otherwise would have been a one star review.

All went well, recommend to rent from this company. Car park is nice.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Absolutely Outstanding Service!
Rented from Klass Wagen again during our family vacation in Romania and the whole process was smooth and effortless as always. But what really blew me away was the return day.
After dropping off the car, their driver (Ovidiu?) kindly shuttled us to the airport and even helped haul all our luggage inside like a pro. Fast-forward to the security line — I reach for my phone to show the boarding pass… and realize I left it in the car. Panic mode activated 😱
Out of nowhere, the same driver comes sprinting through the airport holding my phone like a Olympic torch! He found it right after we left and rushed to catch us before customs.
I’ve never experienced that level of honesty and genuine care from a rental company. I’ve used Klass Wagen at least 4 times now, but after this? They’ve got my business for life.
If you’re renting in Romania, stop looking. This is the one! 🙌😂

I was picked up very promptly and taken to the off airport site where I was dealt with courteously and informatively. The car i got was in great order and I had no issues. I would recommend the full insurance for complete peace of mind.

My brother rented a car for a week and he forgot my mum’s purse in the car(returned the car on the 28 of April ) we went on the same to pick up the purse but they had already rented the to other customer with my moms purse in it with here documents in it. The guy that we spoke did not speak Portuguese and did not know how to solve the situation. This only proves that the cars are not clean properly.
The hygiene is very poor!!
After an 1:30 they had phoned the correct customer to verify if the purse was in the car and the customer confirmed that it was there.
If a person item with personal documents is left in the car and company is aware of the situation they should go and collect to return to the owner this is considered robbery.
They let the customer go around with the purse in the car for a week.
We have call them several times they were never interested in solving the situation they said that it was my brothers fault and that if the corrente customer would not go back to return it we would have to wait until the 3rd of May to collect the purse.
So a stranger went around with my mums purse and here ID and my furthers ID.
They not clean and check the cars and if you forget your ID in it they don’t care even if is confirmed that is the car.

Wonderful and helpful staff, clean and wide variety of really nice cars available, needed a car asap and got sorted straight away with no fuss, even got a free upgrade.

Key facts:
- Better rent the car with full cover on the car, you never know and better to be on the safe side

- You need a valid credit card for a small deposit

- How you take the car you should return it (fuel level and clean)

Everything went good, I asked to get the car replaced because I didn’t like the sounds of the alerts, they said ok, no problem, you can get another
