charged double for the same…

Ive been charged double for the same flight today, it was so confusing to book aswell and wen i wanted my money back ai robot said i cannot get it back. And i cannot even talk to customer service becasue they only talk 7days before your flight. My flight is end of june but i am so unhappy already i am struggling financially and this company rips me of too. Why am i paying 2 times for the same flight?

Terrible client support

Terrible client support. They told me that I will receive my boarding pass 6 hours before my departure, but it did not happen. I messaged them many times and heard only stupid words like “don’t worry”, “we’re working on it”, “bla-bla-bla”.

I had to ask a random person in the city to let me call from his mobile phone to their alive support number, and finally their operator told me that I should hurry to the airport and do physical check in there.

You must inform people in advance that they should do something manually! Horrible feelings, a lot of nerves were wasted.

the moment i chose a flight and chose…

the moment i chose a flight and chose to proceed kiwii popped up a message asking me to refresh the screen due to an error, which was not true, and when I did, the raised the ticket price by almost 200 Euros!!!

They knew I had no other choice but to use the credits I already have, and I would not buy through another company, and used it against me. the credits I got for being misleaded to a wrong flight in the year before. I will not be kiwis costumer anymore.
