Steer clear - Kiwi is run by crooks!

Steer clear! Writing a fresh review now that I have applied for a refund and 8 weeks later they are giving me the same answer “we are doing everything we can and waiting to hear from the airline”. Guess what? The airline hasn’t heard from them about our refund request. Bunch of crooks - steer clear and book directly for peace of mind.

I did not receive a code that is…

I did not receive a code that is recognized for my flight. As of now I cannot see my flight details on Kiwi or the airline Tunis Airlines using the booking code I was given. The process to buy the ticket is quite long.

Every time I book through Kiwi

Every time I book through Kiwi, I end up regretting it, as I no longer trust this website. For every flight I book, it gets canceled after about two days, with only a small compensation of around $10.

In contrast, other booking platforms and airlines respect their customers by honoring the price and confirming bookings without canceling them. This has not happened just once or twice—it has occurred multiple times, which suggests it is a common issue on this platform and needs to be addressed.

As a result, I no longer have confidence in using it in the future.

I had a very frustrating experience…

I had a very frustrating experience with Kiwi.com.

I needed to change my ticket because I did not have the required visa for my travel route. Unfortunately, changing the ticket was not possible through their system.

As a result, I had to cancel my booking. However, I did not receive any refund, which is extremely disappointing.

There was also a lack of clear communication about the rules and conditions. Important information regarding visa requirements and refund policies was not clearly explained during the booking process.

Customer support was not helpful and did not provide a proper solution.

Overall, I cannot recommend Kiwi.com. Losing money due to unclear policies and lack of support is unacceptable. I strongly advise others to be very careful when booking through this platform.

I am absolutely appalled by the predatory business practices of Kiwi.com.
On April 8th, I was booking a flight to Fukuoka, Japan. The final price charged was suddenly DOUBLE the initial quote I had confirmed. Finding this unacceptable, I canceled the booking exactly 22 minutes later.
Despite canceling almost immediately due to their own price instability, Kiwi.com only refunded 428,052 KRW in "Kiwi Credit" out of my total payment of 1,116,723 KRW. They are essentially stealing nearly 65% of my money as a "fee" for a 20-minute mistake caused by their system's price gouging.
To make matters worse, their customer support is non-existent. I have tried their messenger and email, only to be met with useless, repetitive AI responses that ignore the actual problem.
This is a complete scam. I demand a full refund to my original payment method, not some useless credits. If you are considering booking with Kiwi.com, STAY AWAY. They will lure you with one price and rob you at checkout.
