Unfortunately I think this company may have closed down and stolen all the money from orders placed.

I have been ordering from them for a while now without any issues, but I ordered 3 loaves of bread on the 8th of January and as of today, the 19th of February there is still no delivery.
I have attempted to contact Kinetic Kitchen a few times now (via their website messaging, email and Shop app) but they are unresponsive, The phone number on the website also doesn't work.
Thankfully most items are now out of stock on their website, however you can still order some products, so be careful.

After seeing this review, kinetic kitchen have now contacted me and issued a refund for the order. It’s a shame it took writing this review to get a response.

Its great having stumbled upon Kinetic Kitchen for Keto bread. The sourdough loaf is delicious, great for toasting.
Always receive good customer service and answers to questions from the Team and in particular Harry..thank you!

If you want Keto bread this is the place. They are so good. The Brioche is my favourite 😋

Not sure what is going on with this Company. I have emailed them 4 times about whether their keto doughnuts contain Gluten ..no one has bothered to answer as yet yet they still keep on using my email for marketing.. On the Gluten front some of their packaging states 'Gluten Free' yet when you click on the ingredients list its states low gluten ! This is sending mixed messages and they obviously don't understand the importance of correct labelling. Since they were not answering their phone either and I was in the Bristol area I stopped by their address only to be told that they had ceased trading ! I suggest if that is true you remove the address from your website and opening hours to avoid wasting other people's time..! Perhaps that explains why no answer on the phone or emails!

11th August now and I see that Harry has not graced me with a reply!

My first order: a variety box of ketonuts and the sourdough loaf. All in all, I liked both. The ketonuts were better than I was expecting, esp. after warming slightly in the microwave as recommended (although I wasn't too enamoured with the chocolate ones). The sourdough loaf was also tasty, but tiny. I have taken off a star for the price. I am used to paying for low carb products, but these were over the odds even by those standards.
I will be buying again, but probably not as regularly as I would if they were more affordable..

Love these doughnuts you can see the attention to detail from the quality of the ingredients used simply fantastic everything is organic and the flavour is delicious.

sadly these donuts were disappointing. they were very small, lacked any kind of flavour and for the cost not worth it. I think you'd be better off getting a donut machine and making them yourself. disappointed!

Delicious. Original ketonut is my fave with delicate cinnamon flavour. It is a wonderful experience receiving the box of treats. If less expensive I would order for every week.

Super fast delivery times and lovely friendly customer service who are happy to engage with their customers on social media which is always nice. The most important thing though, is the absolutely incredible cinnamon rolls they make. I’ve been Keto for so long to manage various medical conditions and to stumble across this gem of a company has made me soooo happy! Perfectly sweet, lovely dense texture, lasts me the whole week in the fridge and the fact they are also gluten free is a bonus as I can share one with my coeliac mum too :-) please don’t ever stop making your cinnamon rolls!!

I would at times buy these products from Planet Organic because I am gluten free and I have to eat sugar free, but you do not get what you pay for. At. All. The company have increased their prices while making their sickly fake sweet products smaller. It’s a total scam. During a time of global food shortages, I feel disgusted I was ever stupid enough to indulge these silly products in the first place. Never again. This is not nourishment or health. At. All.

I have ordered from kinetics a few times and love their food. It is delicious and comforting without being naughty. The staff are very helpful and treet their customers with the utmost respect. The packing department do an amazing job of packing their products.
I will give KINETIC 5 stars every time.

Love the nut butters from this company. 5hey are the closest I’ve tried to homemade, and I’ve purchased and tried very many.
My husband also loved the doughnuts!
