Turned my blonde hair orange. It was hard to cancel my subscription, but I finally got it done. They don't let you use the "It turned my hair orange "as an option to cancelling. They don't want anyone to know that will happen.

I decided not to continue with the product as I didn't want to have to wash my hair very often and using it left me with oily-looking hair. When I was notified of a subscription order that was being sent, I panicked. I immediately emailed customer service, expecting an argument, however they promptly replied and canceled the order. Very easy and polite.

Terrible company! First off, bottles came leaking. I still gave them a try and had a bad reaction. They told me to stop using the product and consult a physician, but since I was still within my 90 days they cannot refund me? You told me to stop using because of the burning sensation, but then you are telling me I am not able to be refunded because I am not waiting the full 90 days? That is not something I would consider great customer service but rather bad knowing I sent photos of how the product arrived leaking and then me having a bad reaction. For all I know my reaction was due to the open packaging as well.

After years on a GLP-1, I noticed my hair breaking off. It wasn’t coming out in clumps, but because I have always had thin, fine hair, it became a big concern (I am 72). I, like so many others tried many other products, but have found this to apparently be working. I’ve been using it for 5 months. Has it stopped every hair from breaking, no, but I think it’s better and I can see new growth. Customer service is very responsive. The price is high, but for me it’s worth it.

I was impressed with the research that KilgourMD offered on their site as well as the testimonials. But what sold me was the full refund money back guarantee for trying the full treatment plan. I mean how can I lose? So I took a chance and tried it not knowing for sure if KilgourMD would live up to their claim if the products did not perform as well as I had hoped. But they did and I am very pleased with the customer service and the fact that there was no hesitation refunding my money at the end of the three month trial period. Customer service is a refreshing experience with Kilgour MD. I was able to cancel my subscription with ease, no guilt or pressure. The shampoo/conditioner simply dried my scalp & hair too much, I had to stop using it. I did notice some decrease in hair loss however. I appreciate the customer service more than you know!

I believe this is starting to work as I don’t see as much hair loss in the shower or as I brush. I didn’t start it when it first arrived as I was finishing up the current hair loss product I had been using so don’t go by my arrival date. I’ve used it for approx. 6 weeks.
However I don’t feel like the price point should be so high.
I also think there should be a way to see how much product is left in the small glass containers. I travel a lot and want to make sure I have enough left in current use ones vs new ones.
I’m still learning this product and hopeful it will get better and better. Time will tell.
I may change my rating to higher after my next couple months.
If you can afford it I would recommend giving it a try.

There is no live customer service. I mistakenly ordered the wrong item. They won't accept returns. There's no one to speak with. No refunds. No exchanges. It's a scam. Do not order!

My package of shampoo and conditioner went missing. I waited a couple of days, it didn’t show up. I contacted customer service and they generously sent a new order free of charge! Then, my package appeared by a neighbor who was out of town. I notified customer service and offered to pay for the 2nd shipment. They said no charge, thanks for your honesty and keep the 2nd order. Now that’s customer service!
