My package of shampoo and conditioner went missing. I waited a couple of days, it didn’t show up. I contacted customer service and they generously sent a new order free of charge! Then, my package appeared by a neighbor who was out of town. I notified customer service and offered to pay for the 2nd shipment. They said no charge, thanks for your honesty and keep the 2nd order. Now that’s customer service!

Everyone that I spoke to was friendly and efficient. The serum did not seem to help me much and it was turning my white hair brown. I asked for a cancellation and refund, and it was promptly given to me at the end of 90 days with no complaints. I wish you all the best in regrowing and strengthening your hair.

I was so excited to start this product. Such high hopes for hair regrowth. My head would always itch after I used it. I tried alternating one serum in the morning the other at night. Still itched. I contacted the company and received a response the same day. They were truly concerned. The questions to me were do you want to stop the subscription, pause it for a bit to see a dermatologist or cancel all together. No other questions asked. For now I have paused it because I really want to give this a try. They paused it and I will get back to them. Now, tell me when have you had this kind of customer service in a long time?? Its been forever for me. I will be trying this again. As for the customer service and the company, I really feel like they truly want you to have success and help you. If you are on the fence about trying this, dont be. Give them a try. You will not be disappointed....

I purchased the shampoo/conditioner bundle. The shampoo had congealed bits in it and made my hair feel weird. I reached out several times via email with no response. When I called the person I spoke with said the shampoo/conditioner bundle was not included in the 90 day satisfaction guarantee, even though everything I saw before purchase lead me to believe they were. The product is substandard. Order at your own risk as I am out $80 and change.

The conditioner made my hair so limp I couldn't style it. I couldn't tell that the shampoo has made any difference. But the email team is very quick and couteous.

I purchased the hair serum, shampoo and conditioner, using the products as instructed. However, after using the products for a month and half, my scalp is now so much worse!!! Before I only had shedding, now my scalp itches like crazy and I have starting developing painful bumps and scabs on my scalp.
These products are trash and that is where I threw them. I will now have to seek treatment from a dermatologist for whatever I have developed from using these products.
Don't waste your money or risk damaging your scalp!!

Impossible to cancel and they won't refund.
KilgourMD is a scam. We tried to cancel our subscription multiple times on their awful website and couldn’t get it to work, confusing, broken, and clearly designed to keep you locked in.
They also refused a refund on our order delivered June 5, 2026, and I asked to send back on June 7th. The package was still sealed and unopened. Support said “final sale,” then told us we’d have to use the products 90 days before qualifying for their “guarantee.” That’s not customer service, that’s a trap.
Comparable products on Amazon cost far less, with normal return policies and no subscription nightmare. For example "The Ordinary Hair Care".
AVOID! Do not recommend.

Thank you for responding, but this reply does not address what actually happened with my order.
The package for my order arrived completely sealed. I emailed support the same day requesting a return and refund.
I opened a support case with your team. You denied the refund, told me the order was “final sale,” and said I would need to use the products for 90 days before the money-back guarantee could apply, then closed the ticket without any resolution. I was not offered a supervisor review, a return option, store credit, or any path forward. The case was simply shut down.
That directly contradicts your own published policy. Your help center states a “90-day money-back guarantee on all KilgourMD serums” with “no photos or returns required.” My order contains exactly those serums, The Prevention Scalp Serum and The Treatment Scalp Serum. You cannot advertise a no-hassle guarantee on those products and then refuse an unopened return on the day of delivery.
As for subscriptions: we tried to cancel multiple times through your customer portal and could not get it to work. Telling customers to call support after a website that doesn’t function properly is not acceptable, especially when support closes cases without resolving them.
I stand by my original review. A company that won’t honor its own guarantee language, makes cancellation difficult, closes support tickets without resolution, and refuses a refund on unopened merchandise contacted immediately upon delivery is not one I would recommend.
