I tried this product for several months, and while it worked somewhat, it did not produce the results I was hoping for.
I would not recommend signing up for their subscription because after 90 days from the time you order, not the time you sign up for the subscription, they will not honor any refunds.
So, as a result, I am stuck with $300+ of product that is not effective.

Did not work for post-partum hair loss
I purchased this product specifically to help prevent postpartum hair loss. I started using it the day after I gave birth and followed the instructions consistently and religiously for four months.
Unfortunately, the results did not match the claims in my case. Despite using the product exactly as directed, I experienced significant postpartum hair loss. In fact, the amount of hair I lost was the same as, if not more than, what I experienced after the birth of my first child—when I did not use this product at all.
What I find particularly frustrating is that the company’s guarantee is only 90 days. Most women do not experience the peak of postpartum hair shedding until several months after giving birth. By the time my hair loss became apparent and I could evaluate whether the product had actually worked, the guarantee period had already expired. When I contacted customer service, I was essentially told that there was nothing they could do because my 90 days were up.
I understand that no product works for everyone, but I think it is important for prospective customers to know that this product was not effective for me despite strict compliance with the instructions. Based on my experience, it was not the miracle solution that the marketing led me to believe it might be. If you are considering purchasing this product to prevent postpartum hair loss, I would encourage you to keep in mind that results may vary significantly and that the guarantee period may expire before you are able to fully assess whether it worked for you.

Nice company and product, but no results
The product was nice to use-no obnoxious scent and left my hair fine to style when put on, but....it simply did not work for me. I noticed no difference at all.

Great customer service experience
I ordered the serum package online through Instagram, and ended up receiving an unneeded subscription. The Customer Service team was responsive and professional, and cancelled the product right away. They sent out a "getting ready to ship" email prior - the only caveat I have for you is that if you get an email and do not need the product, call them immediately! If you catch it before shipping, it is an easy fix.

Product easy to use and it works!
I have to admit this product does work. Use both serums as directed every day. After 3 months I noticed hair growing back then 6 months my hair is a lot healthier. My hairdresser couldn’t believe it! I am continuing to use the product and would recommend that if you try it just stay dedicated to the daily use. You will see a difference.

The customer service team is there to help. They are non judgemental. If you are using the product you are going to derive some benefit. If you are using the product as directed, more benefit. Up to you. It all takes time, consistency and understanding hair only grows so much in a cycle.

My subscription was blundered and as a result, I have not been satisfied with the application. I am applying both serums after washing my hair. As my hair is already thin, the serum makes my hair oily and unmanageable. When I air dry or blow dry, my hair looks greasy.

Turned my blonde hair orange. It was hard to cancel my subscription, but I finally got it done. They don't let you use the "It turned my hair orange "as an option to cancelling. They don't want anyone to know that will happen.

Great customer service with order cancelation
I decided not to continue with the product as I didn't want to have to wash my hair very often and using it left me with oily-looking hair. When I was notified of a subscription order that was being sent, I panicked. I immediately emailed customer service, expecting an argument, however they promptly replied and canceled the order. Terrible company
Terrible company! First off, bottles came leaking. I still gave them a try and had a bad reaction. They told me to stop using the product and consult a physician, but since I was still within my 90 days they cannot refund me? You told me to stop using because of the burning sensation, but then you are telling me I am not able to be refunded because I am not waiting the full 90 days? That is not something I would consider great customer service but rather bad knowing I sent photos of how the product arrived leaking and then me having a bad reaction. For all I know my reaction was due to the open packaging as well.
