Customer Service Comes Through Quickly

So far so good!
It's still early to determine outcome but after 1 1/2 months of using your shampoo/conditioner, it seems as though I have less hair loss. I just hope that continues. What I DO notice is that my head no longer itches like it did constantly. THAT is huge! My head also feels so refreshed when I wash it. So far I love this product.

You may want to start with a dermatology consult not a broad internet ad
Was it expensive? Yes but many things that make us feel better about our appearance are, so this didn’t bother me. Shipping was communicated well and the items arrived on time. I had seen comments about light or gray hair turning yellow, and how using clarifying shampoo or the purple shampoo for gray hair might mitigate that, as might using the product on clean hair in the event that product buildup may be contributing to yellowing of hair with use of the product.
I followed the directions for the product exactly as written. I also used clarifying shampoo 1-2 times a week, as well as using purple shampoo my usual 2x/week. Despite this, my grey hair started to turn yellow. I added a purple conditioning mask for my hair once a week as well. My hair never turned the orange or very yellow as some people described, but it was nonetheless noticeable – my hairdresser commented on it every time I came into the salon – so it was of some concern to me.
More importantly, my hair continued to shed as it had prior to using the product and no new hair growth ever emerged. I did continue to use the product for the full three months, although I discontinued my subscription so that I would not get another order before that three months was up.
It took fully two months for the yellow to be out of my hair once I discontinued using the product – both in terms of fading and by way of haircuts (my hair is very short so as far as haircuts go that was probably doing the bulk of the work). Two months after I stopped using the product my hair had stopped shedding, and recently has looked/felt less thin, and when I look back at what’s been going on in my life – a decrease in work and personal stress, a change in diet & medications, etc. - it’s clear that I probably should have had a consult with a dermatologist who would’ve taken a good health history and provided guidance toward possible lifestyle changes (stress etc) and made appropriate product recommendations specific to my situation. I took a chance because I felt bad about my appearance, instead of considering my whole self. I don’t think I will do that again.

I actually really love these products
I actually really love these products. I’m 2 months in and definitely see hair growth and less hair fall. I love the Shampoo set. And the serums are very nice. They do leave residue on the hair making my hair washing more often. Maybe I am using too much, but rather get every bit of my roots nurtured. The only other downside is that it might be staining my highlights so I have to be careful not to get it on those areas. Otherwise I love it and I’m not stopping this process!!!

Super shady company. Paid $80 for shampoo and conditioner and it absolutely stripped my hair of color and moisture. Company refused money back guarantee and would not answer my emails until repeated attempts. Very very bad! Stay away!

I really wanted this to work
I really wanted this to work, but I just didn’t notice any real improvement after using for almost a year. I still have a fair amount of shedding and maybe very slight regrowth, but I’ve seen better results with low dose oral minoxidil (which is also cheaper).

I started using this product after massive shed
I started using this product after buying alllll the other things marketed to me on social media. I have had menopausal hair loss and thinning for years. In the beginning of this year, I had a medical condition that caused enormous physiological stress and then surgery to resolve. My hair loss kicked up several notches. So then I tried oral minoxidil, only to find out it caused my legs to swell and had to stop. Even more hair was coming out and I was truly going bald. Got my Kilgour and started immediately. I really wanted to work but got an allergic reaction
I really wanted to work but I had an allergic reaction on the first tried I used it. I had to run and take an antihistamine. Talked to a person call “Sheena” from costumer services, awful experience with her she had an attitude and when I told her I had an allergic reaction she was questioning with a tone of disbelief as if a hair treatment would not cause a reaction. And then when I asked ro talk to the manager or someone else she hang up on me …Awful! Then I call again a Kristy was able to help me stop the subscription. She was wonderful. I wish every costumer service person would be as helpful as her.
