Very professional and quick to respond. I had my car key and home keys replaced and paid for my Keycare. Thanks a lot.

Easy claims process knowledgeable team and claim resolved very fast! I was even prompted to submit details after there was a few delays - all so key care could settle the claim as promptly as possible! Good knowing I’ve got the cover on my side working for me absolutely no hassle at all, one call both car and house keys sorted! Top service, top team, top cover!

My husband is in the navy and was deployed at the time of the key being lost. Keycare were quite unhelpful as they would not talk to me unless they had permission from my husband. He was on a submarine. He could not contact them.
After this was all sorted out and waited for my key to be replaced, I felt harassed to send in receipts for other keys that had been lost. Emails and emails, I think calls too. I had already explained I was away and would get the keys colut and the receipt would be sent to them before the deadline, but still kept been contacted all the time.
Greatful for the new keys but not great customer service.
