I've tried it now for a while and all I can say is "Great, finaly a product that resonates quality."
Great for storing Cryptocoins. I've stored Bitcoin and Dash with no problems and the pincode solution is a clever one. I hope the KeepKey team will continue make this even better but as it is now, it is GREAT with big letters.

my first experience
I had several minor hiccups on my first transaction with bitcoin and multibit and my anxiety was on high being a first timer dealing with a fair chunk of money... Having this support really helped to ease that anxiety over the relatively simple issues i was having. My Help, Charles, was very understanding and incredibly helpful. Great service.

Keepkey Review
This is my first foray into the Bitcoin world so a somewhat apprehensive start, however youtube and the Keepkey website keep me sufficiently educated to provide me the confidence to go forward. The keepkey notification of arrival appeared within a few days of ordering however the £33 import tax and duties required by DHL delayed delivery and was an unexpected obstacle. The keepkey arrived well packaged and intact, installation and initialisation was a straight forward exercise (having already watched the online instruction videos) the purchase of bitcoin a somewhat cumbersome experience but manageable with common sence. So far so good, I just need bitcoin to go up in value now.

You're the bank for your different coin -accounts
Perfect - hardware - wallet with direct interaction with exchanges like litebit.eu (fiat to coins vv) in Euro, ShapeShift, for exchanges of assets (between coins) and others in US$. With the KeepKey you 'feel' you're the bank for your different coins. Really so close to you, it makes you understand real safety for having your coins on a wallet. Simply choose to add new coin-accounts or click on an already added account and use the send or receive options or just list the already past transactions to view your history. The people from this company have made this wallet while looking at 'the experience of the user'. Great job!

Pretty smooth experience
I wanted my BTC to be safer and more free than they were on Coinbase, so I decided to try out KeepKey. Ordering process was fast and simple; delivered within a few days.
The Keepkey software is basic and seems to work well. Initial transfer from Coinbase took some time to process, and I wasn't clear on whether I needed to keep the Key connected and running the whole time. In the end I shut it down and then fired it up again in the morning, at which point it showed my correct balance.
So far, so good!

I installed my Keepkey several days ago and I love it. The USB cord that came with it was much longer than the the one I use for my Trezor so that is a very good thing. The installation process was no problem and using the keepkey is very intuitive. I would recommend Keepkey over Trezor on seven days out of seven!
