Fantastic and well built solution
The KeepKey took me all of 15 minute to setup and transfer my BTC and ETH to it. It's 100% turnkey and really really well made. I would recommend this to anyone who trades in crypto currency as when not buying/selling it is an extremely secure physical wallet and is dead simple to use.

Outstanding Customer Service
The help I received from KeepKey support went above and beyond any customer support I've ever received from a company. Charles helped me track down the issue (which was a result of an error I had made with my initial transaction) even though it had nothing to do with the functionally of KeepKey.
It took about a week to figure out, and his prompt and insightful responses convinced me that KeepKey is a company that stands behind there product 100%. Very happy with my purchase.

A great and innovative US company in the Blockchain/Cryptocurrencies space.
I ordered a Keepkey hardware wallet to store and transact securely my Bitcoins and Ethereums.Shipping was extra fast(i had to pay VAT and customs fees but that is outside of their control and was clearly mentioned on their website,maybe an option to ship from an EU warehouse for customers in europe would be possible in the future?).
The product itself exudes quality,it's well built(has an aluminum casing unlike many competitors) and functions perfectly.
Another great capability of the product is that the feature set is constantly expanding trough firmware updates.
All in all a great company and a great product,i have no reservations storing my digital assets in a Keepkey wallet and would recommend it to anyone.

The young man who helped me went ABOVE AND BEYOND to help, at a few pointbi felt really bad,but he was a consummate professional the whole time! KeepKey or Bither on an offline Smart Phone?
Good product. I wish there was a non-chrome app to initialize and use with the Keepkey. I do not trust google and do not like being required to share my app downloads with them. Would be great if a phone OTG to keepkey cable was provided or available as well. Otherwise great job, Great Product, Glad to have it. For those that do not have Keepkey yet try using an old offline encrypted android phone with Bither installed. Also highly recommended.

Only a few minor things I am missing, but in general - Perfect!
The KeepKey is perfect.
Minor things I am missing:
* Ability to show my total holdings in my local currency within the Chrome plugin.
* A GUI overhaul of the desktop client MultiBit so it resonates with the KeepKey itself (in that it has a sleek design).
* I wish the KeepKey would work with the Exodus.io Desktop client
