Absolutely awful!

Absolutely awful!
I booked tickets with Woodlands direct for the F1, tickets arrived via these clowns, I need to sell two of the tickets but can't as i need a Kaboodle account, I have been trying for two days to no avail, the login does not recognise my email in any shape or form.
Disgraceful experience.

False advertising and bad service

False advertised on boomtown page that I can choose my camp orchid area. I’ve been placed into a camp on my own away from all my friends. The camp is for coach travels when I’m not travelling by coach. I’ve contacted kaboodle and they are refusing to move me back to orchid even when I offered to pay extra.

They are expecting a young woman to camp alone at a festival… due to their own false advertising

Money Hungry Scammers

The ticketing staff claim to offer financial support, except when asked for 1 week extension with the promise of full payment not just that months installments, I am told they cannot offer financial support. They clearly did not want to deal with me so instead banned me from Boomtown for life. As a student after a career in the event industry, I will not stand for this and will not be supporting such an awful ticketing company until Boomtown choose to switch. I lost £200 to these incompetent idiots.

I booked a ticket through Kaboodle

I booked a ticket through Kaboodle and made a mistake during the booking process. I emailed their customer service, and they responded very quickly with clear advice that helped me resolve the issue.

A special thank you to Jaz, Jasmin, and Eric for their excellent support. They were friendly, professional, and incredibly helpful throughout the whole process.

The issue was fixed promptly, communication was clear, and the entire experience was stress-free. Excellent customer service and a very positive experience overall. I would happily use Kaboodle again and highly recommend them.

Customer service is aggressive and…

Customer service is aggressive and accusatory. Accusing me of fraud. I did your TicketPlans form and in the meantime used my right as a consumer to dispute as it is not clear how to get a refund and took way to may attempts for someone to finally provide how to do it. This after AI helped me understand. They just keep sending the policy. Art and money come together to make a really bad experience. I'm not using this service or going to Primavera Sound ever. The experience is so souless.

Won’t book Tokyo nights again

Booked tickets within a few hours of release for Tokyo night's sumo and sushi event.
Was then back and forwards with the customer service team for more than four weeks because they told me that they have double booked the dates, they tried to offer a change of dates, but at least one of the people in our group wouldn’t be able to make the new dates.
Back and forwards for Weekes to see whether they would be able to move other people, and honour our original times, but this process ended up taking far too long so requested a refund
Will not be booking Tokyo nights again

m really disappointed with this…

m really disappointed with this situation. I have now paid off my Boomtown Public Transport Wednesday ticket, but I'm still unable to resell it even though the event is sold out.

When I originally contacted support, I was told that once the ticket was paid off, I would be able to resell it. I paid the remaining balance on that basis, yet I still cannot list the ticket for resale.

It's not that I don't want to go, I genuinely can't attend anymore. If I had known that paying off the ticket would not allow me to resell it, I could have ended up losing £90 for a ticket instead of another £360 I can no longer use. Given that the event is sold out, there is clearly demand for tickets, so I don't understand why I am unable to resell mine.

I would appreciate it if this could be looked into and resolved as soon as possible. I am simply trying to recover the money I've spent on a ticket that I am unfortunately unable to use.

I look forward to hearing from you.

Kind regards,

Now been sorted there refunding 360 keeping 90 and are clearly gonna resell ticket funny that but its better then nothing

City Splash danger.

City Splash, Brockwell, London was a dangerous place to be.

There were numerous fights owing to not enough VIP facilities and overcrowdedness in VIP.

I saw women being sexually assaulted in the overcrowded VIP and main area.

There was only one exit when we tried to leave at the end of the event from VIP through the main standing only area. This caused crushing resulting collapsing with staff not willing to help. Instead choosing to argue with members of the public.

VIP was not VIP. Once inside you were being asked £100 pp on already fees to enter VIP Lounge.

Hello.

It's deeply concerning to hear about your experience regarding safety and overcrowding at City Splash.

Please note that Kaboodle is strictly the ticketing agent for this event. We do not manage the venue, security, VIP facilities, or on-site staff, so we have no control over the operational issues you described.

Because these are serious matters, they must be directed to the event organizers who are responsible for the festival's execution. Please contact them directly at info@city-splash.com

Best regards,
Kaboodle

Dont send tickets till last moment

They send you a confirmation but dont send the tickets. I queried this and they said they would send them two weeks before the festival. I had alread looked on the FAQ but there was nothing there. I pointed this out and, like a robot, they just sent a link to the FAQ (that doesn't have that info). Its now a week before the festival and I emailed again. They say that they will be email in the week before the festival. No apology. So it could be the day before! So just stress for me. Why don't they just produce them straight away like other events. Then you know where you are as you have the tickets.

Hi Robert,

Thanks for taking the time to get in touch.

E-tickets are sent within the week leading up to the event, in order to reduce ticket touting. This is often requested by event organisers.

There is no need to panic, tickets are always sent ahead of the event and with them being e-tickets, they will arrive in your inbox soon after being sent. Our customer service team work 7 days a week and we have staff based at on site boxes, in the rare instance that there could be any issue with locating your ticket.

Ticket dispatch information can be found on your booking confirmation email.

We hope that you enjoyed the event that you attended.

Kind regards,
Kaboodle.
