Had Joe and Jamie fit a gas hob this morning. Early communication about their arrival time and very efficient with removing the old one and fitting the new one. Couldn’t ask for more. Friendly and respectful throughout their visit.

Joe & Jamie from kaboodle delivered and installed our new ovens today and we were very happy with their work. I was called an hour or so beforehand with an approximate time which they turned up towards the beginning of. Very efficient and they were happy to wait when my husband had to do a quick bit of cutting the cupboard in order for one of the ovens to fit properly without the door hitting. Lovely guys and a pleasure to have in the house.

My partner waited in all day for a delivery of an oven. When the oven was delivered, the delivery drivers smashed an upper exterior window in our building, and claimed this had not happened. The company sent someone out to replace the window but less than a week later, the replacement window had cracked, causing significant distress and concern for other people in my building. The company has made false claims about sending emails to us about the issue and not receiving anything, it is really poor

Joe and Jamie installed my dishwasher. They were great. I was a bit nervous about having strangers in the house, but there kind nature and professional attitude put me at ease. They worked quickly and were tidy. Thank you very much

Joe and Jamie were excellent. From the moment they pulled up outside our home until they drove away. The guys were extremely pleasant but above all professional. Our home was respected and treated with care and consideration.

I needed to replace a built in microwave. I purchased directly from AEG and was offered a full removal of the old microwave and installation of the new one. The delivery and installation was done by Kaboodle. I was given a choice of dates. On the day I was called about an hour before and there was a link on their email that on the day of delivery I could see real time the location of van and rough time scales. Joe & Jamie arrived when they said very polite & friendly. The installation was professional and efficient. They fully tested new microwave and demonstrated how it worked. My only slight criticism of Kaboodle is that prior to the delivery day there was no narrowing down of the time frame. Some other companies sometimes can give a two hour guide the evening before.

I’d like to express my sincere appreciation to Joe and Jamie for the excellent service they provided. Their skill, professionalism, and attention to detail were evident throughout the entire job. They worked efficiently while maintaining a strong focus on safety, ensuring everything was completed to the highest standard. It’s clear they take great pride in their work, and I now have full confidence that my gas installation is safe and reliable. Highly recommended—thank you both for a job very well done.

Joe and Jamie arrived at 7.30 am and worked for several hours putting our new BBQ together and in place. All packing taken away. Very friendly. Would love to buy this service for other purchases if one could book direct with Kaboodle.

Joe and Jamie were professional, quick and timely. They notified me an hour before arrival. They were polite and friendly whilst here and made light of changing over a huge rangecooker. They cleaned up all the packaging, gave me advice on what to do next. Would highly recommend

Bought a much needed new cooker, a little unsure as I'd never heard of appliances direct. From placing the order to fitting, we've been kept informed all the way. Quick delivery and fitting by two very efficient guys Joe and Jamie. All that and a great price too. Can highly recommend, and I would use again.

Joe & Jamie were fantastic.
They phoned in advance & again on arrival & nothing was too much trouble with the carrying in of the appliance in a tight entrance. They positioned & unpacked & removed the packaging & were friendly & cheerful.

Ordered a Falcon Range. Lewis Nash and Mac arrived sounding cheerful and helpful. My old Range needed the gas turning off but my husband was around so he turned off the gas and it was all systems go. They were both courteous and polite gentleman who took their time in providing care and attention to our equipment and our home. I could not fault them at all, if only all delivery men were like this. Happy smiling faces which made my day. Thank you to both of them. You were a delight to have in our home and you are a credit to Kaboodle.
