Scammers!! Cancelled our event because of the heatwave but won’t offer a refund even though we’re not in the country. I even have insurance with ticket plan but they said because they cancelled the event I won’t be offered a refund. Don’t book with these people. They even offered to reschedule but didn’t provide a code to input get new tickets. £200 down the toilet and very slow customer service!

I do not hold admission tickets to Lost Village event!
I do not hold admission tickets to Lost Village 2026. I have exclusively purchased a standalone physical "Click & Collect" camping gear add-on by mistake. It was supposed to be for the Vegan Camp Out occurring on another date.
As this order cannot be fulfilled at the festival gate without event admission, and because the order was placed online on June 21, 2026, I was executing my statutory right to cancel an unfulfilled mail-order/distance contract under the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations.
As I am well within the 14-day statutory cooling-off window for physical merchandise, I expected that this matter would escalate this to a supervisor to process a full refund so the inventory can be released back to a valid ticket holder.
Kaboodle and Lost village will not refund this full amount continuously stating that event tickets are not refundable even though I cannot collect physical merchandise because I hold no event ticket. "When a customer buys festival equipment hire without holding an admission ticket, the order cannot legally be fulfilled."
In this matter as Fay and Olivia from Kaboodle ticketing and Fin at Lost Village is comitting fraud! I will be escalating this case to the highest authorities as what Kaboodle Ticketing AND Lost Village is conducting in this specific case is against UK law.
Cancelled Event, discount code distribution issue & resolution
Kaboodle kept me informed of the event cancellation. (It was short notice on day of event, but not Kaboodle's fault - likely the venue's late notice.)
There was an issue with a discount code being supplied by Kaboodle/the specific event I was attending - where I was informed I was getting a discount code, but the discount code was not in the email/on my account. (Not sure which was the source of the issue.)
Removed a star for this as it caused me some confusion and worry regarding rebooking as there was low availability for remaining available dates - and as the communication was sent only shortly before support hours closed, could not resolve until the next day.
But the response from the actual Kaboodle support agent (Jez) was still on the next morning and solved the issue immediately - so for the support team resolution itself, am happy.

I booked tickets with Woodlands direct for the F1, tickets arrived via these clowns, I need to sell two of the tickets but can't as i need a Kaboodle account, I have been trying for two days to no avail, the login does not recognise my email in any shape or form.
Disgraceful experience.
False advertising and bad service
False advertised on boomtown page that I can choose my camp orchid area. I’ve been placed into a camp on my own away from all my friends. The camp is for coach travels when I’m not travelling by coach. I’ve contacted kaboodle and they are refusing to move me back to orchid even when I offered to pay extra.
They are expecting a young woman to camp alone at a festival… due to their own false advertising

Money Hungry Scammers
The ticketing staff claim to offer financial support, except when asked for 1 week extension with the promise of full payment not just that months installments, I am told they cannot offer financial support. They clearly did not want to deal with me so instead banned me from Boomtown for life. As a student after a career in the event industry, I will not stand for this and will not be supporting such an awful ticketing company until Boomtown choose to switch. I lost £200 to these incompetent idiots.

I booked a ticket through Kaboodle and made a mistake during the booking process. I emailed their customer service, and they responded very quickly with clear advice that helped me resolve the issue.
A special thank you to Jaz, Jasmin, and Eric for their excellent support. They were friendly, professional, and incredibly helpful throughout the whole process.
The issue was fixed promptly, communication was clear, and the entire experience was stress-free. Excellent customer service and a very positive experience overall. I would happily use Kaboodle again and highly recommend them.

Customer service is aggressive and accusatory. Accusing me of fraud. I did your TicketPlans form and in the meantime used my right as a consumer to dispute as it is not clear how to get a refund and took way to may attempts for someone to finally provide how to do it. This after AI helped me understand. They just keep sending the policy. Art and money come together to make a really bad experience. I'm not using this service or going to Primavera Sound ever. The experience is so souless.
