Head Office need to do better.
Booked my tyres for fitting 2 days before my appointment. Went to centre to be told that tyres hadn't arrived. Called head office who deal with online bookings to be told to come back next day...which is poor as they have one job to do and that is get the tyres on time. Tyres turned up next day and the team at the Solihull branch turned my car round very quickly. Great team and very happy with the service they gave me.

Good review due to Tyre Fitter.
Your fitter I think he was called Rob was brilliant even though he had been left to operate the whole garage on his own due to a staff shortage. Inevitably he was running late and it turned out that only 1 tyre had been delivered so I had to return the next day to have 2nd tyre fitted. Fortunately extra staff were now on site and Rob checked the tracking on a complimentary basis. I don't know how Rob managed to serve customers in such a pleasant manner when working under pressure on his own. He deserves a bonus!
