Fast, Friendly and Efficient fficient
Fast, friendly and efficient service delivery.
Despite a tech glitch that meant my online order could not be found in onsite systems, the issue was quickly resolved with a phone call.
After which my two tyres were changed and brakes checked within minutes. From entry to exit the whole experience took 20-minutes (including the customer service to find my booking). Very friendly, approachable (happily singing😆) staff made the whole experience enjoyable, relaxed and stress free. Thank you Solihull team, you're amazing!

Great service
Arrived at the fitters a bit early but they were able to get my tyre change started almost straight away, before my allotted time slot.
The tyre were fitted quickly and efficiently and the staff were friendly and helpful.

Tyre safety check
Went for tyre safety check as there were couple of minor cuts on side wall. Got the tyres checked on time. They have arranged for a second opinion by another person to ensure tyres are fine for a long run. Got helpful advice from here. Definitely recommend this branch.
