I had two experiences with them that made me finally take the effort to warn others about this joke of a company.
One time KFC took 2 hours to deliver my order and I tried cancelling it but just-scam would not let me. And then they closed my case with the lie that I did not accept the order. But this time they still had customer support.
Now today I made an order which I needed to change, only to realize I have 0 means of communication. Not to the restaurant, not to just-scam. Nothing. They stopped giving any means of communication.

Edit: after many attempts and before I file a formal complaint, I was able to receive the refund.

Terrible experience and zero customer protection.

The courier went to the wrong address while ignoring my messages in the app. After almost 3 hours he finally arrived with an opened food package, which I refused to accept for obvious reasons. Instead of fixing the situation or refunding the order, Just Eat customer support simply refused responsibility.

They even took a photo of my closed door to mark the order as delivered and tried to close the case.

No proper support, no accountability, and no protection for customers when something goes wrong. You pay for delivery and service fees but when there is a clear failure, they just hide behind policies and refuse refunds.

I have already requested delivery data under GDPR and will file a formal complaint with the Catalan Consumer Agency.

Avoid this platform if you want reliable delivery and real customer support.

I ordered today using Just Eats application. I ordered pizza and it never came. I reached out to their customer service and they said. They left the food at the door since they can't contact me. I raised this issue and asked for refund since the food didn't came even if no one called the buzzer door no missed calls received. They said they can't refund nor investigate. I asked for proof that they left the food in the door nor screenshot that they tried to call me and they can't provide me nothing. I've been always ordering with them and all of a sudden they're saying they can't reach me. These people are scammers don't use them! Better to use Uber Eats.

Parece ser que Just Eat es un refugio para ghost kitchens. Restaurants estafa como China & Aroma estafan y se escudan en la nula protección que Just Eat da a sus usuarios. A nivel legal, debería haber penalización.

Do not use this service if you want to eat. Food never arrives in the estimate time they give on the app and is always late. They don't have enough delivery people. I had an incident where an order took over 2 hours to be delivered. By the time I received it, it was cold and uneatable. I had to throw it out. Their response was to give me a 3 € credit on a 22€ order I didn't eat. Worst service ever.

I placed an order but the delivery time was too long so immediately cancelled it, and recieved an email to say that I would get a refund, but they then said that as the restaurant had started preparing the food I wasn't entitled to one, I cancelled within 30 seconds of making the order.
They also said that a pop up would have come up in the app warning me I would still be charged, there was no pop up.
I have now deleted the app, because I don't trust the company anymore if something does go wrong, because they lie

Worse of all the delivery companies.

To get a refund for your undelivered food, you have to waste 30 mins of your life fightng with customer service where they try to gaslight you into thinking the order is still active

On Christmas Eve I plan something nice with my girlfriend, order some food over and 2 HOURS LATER they still have no answer. The app shows it was delivered an hour ago. Called the restaurant and they say we've been noticing too many orders and can't handle them all, but give us 5 mins and it will be out for delivery. Another 30 mins pass and STILL no food. After calling in 2 more times and them HANGING up one of those times the food finally gets here, which is missing items and also got wrong items both at the same time. WAY TO RUIN WHAT WAS SUPPOSED TO BE A GOOD NIGHT Restaurant name is Indian Madras curry House, do not order from there. Oh and the app showed nothing but AI chatbot, was of no help at all.

I have never recieved my order! And just eats keeps saying it got delivered at the door. Its not true! I lost now €79
(Order number: 178291815). So beware to order here! Because its not that they have to prove to you its delivered, you have to prove to them its not delivered (and thats impossible..). So the driver can pick up the order and just drive away, you can never prove you didnt recieve it

If I could leave minus stars, I would. Ordered food (a curry menu for 2), paid over 30 euros and it never arrived - Instead, the order was mixed up and we were given someone else's really gross-looking kebabs, chips and coke and never given a refund - still emailing them now one week later. Customer service only via email. They say there should have been a receipt in the bag with the kebabs delivered to us but there never was. I sent pictures to prove it was not what we ordered but nothing. Awful service, doesn't even trust their own customers.

Use any other delivery service. Non-existent customer service, you call after an order is more than 1 hour later than the expected delivery window only to get message back if it's another 45 minutes, they will "try" to find a solution. Their customer service is horrendous. Trash service, trash company, deleting the app.

ordered food and they never delivered, waste of money. Don't waste your time or your hard earned money, not sure if it's the delivery drivers or the restaurants but don't trust them.

Simply never received my order. Although the system says I have received it. Had two phone calls but basically no response. Just eat help completely unhelpful, basically saying they can't do anything and not offering a real humans to get involved.

Just eat Spain is the most disgusting service I have ever received!! I will not be using this app or the company ever again in this country or any other!

Disgusting company. Take your money. No support when food is not delivered.

If I could, I would give zero stars. I’ve never received such horrible service before.

Ordered a meal with 2 beers, ordered arrived without the beers, called the restaurant and they say we done sell beers, even thought they charge for it, now no reply from them and just eat is just AI bot answers, app deleted.
