Ordered MOT Type 1 Sub Base
Ordered MOT Type 1 Sub Base, delivery was not this and when I complained all they kept saying it was and it was just from another part of the quarry, which is rubbish as it is supposed to be graded so it would not matter what part of the quarry it came from.

Bad service
Asked for a quote for 120, 600 x 600 buff slabs.
No reply....I sent a follow up email.
They reply to follow up email saying they did send a quote.
I said okay, I have not received it and checked spam etc. Can you re send.
Now I've just been ignored...just poor customer service and a bad attitude.
I've just moved to the area with a large renovation project to carry out and run a building business. So will be missing out on a lot of business through poor staff attitude.
