Exceptional Customer Care
First time i've ordered from this company, I ordered online and received a phone call from the company to agree delivery time, location and phone number.
The driver on delivery was also very helpful, I met him on arrival and he delivered my order into the garden as I requested, and didn't just leave it on the footpath, ensuring that the materials didn't impact on neighbours.

Poor communication
All the product ordered was correct and delivered on time except for one item .
The weed control fabric was sent by DHL I was not informed about this.
When it wasn't delivered on time I cancelled it and got some localy .
DHL tried to deliver it five days later. I refused it. I have still not been refunded for the item .
All this held up the job for a few days .
Terrible communication.

Ordered item for a family members…
Ordered item for a family members birthday. Was dispatched on time but then the courier damaged the packaging and the parcel disappeared. JT were helpful in tracking but their courier is absolutely shocking. Should have been delivered on the Tuesday and I required it for Friday. Following Monday still no sign of it. JT refunded as per my request, so never received the item which is a shame.
Change your courier’s as they are absolutely diabolical
