We had a glass steel door put in our residential property and we're really happy with the result - it looks great and we had great service from Joshua James.

Joshua James created a beautiful bespoke door for our apartment in East London. From the very beginning the process of working with the whole team has been collaborative, open and productive. I was not looking for a standard door and the team were open to create something truly unique and perfect for the environment. The entire team have been very professional and an absolute delight to work with. The team went above and beyond in terms of service for the installation. Access to our property is not easy and the team, with no fuss, climbed 22 floors to bring the larger pieces into the apartment. I am absolutely delighted with the finished work and would wholeheartedly recommend Joshua James. As an interior designer it is very hard to find dedicated, professional and transparent suppliers - I will certainly be using the company again both personally and for my clients.

Joshua James have recently installed fire rated doors from our Hall to Kitchen. The service provided has been excellent from start to finish the quality of the product is fantastic and has given us a look that we desired.
We found all staff to be very professional and kept us informed at every stage, worked to the timescale that had been agreed.
After researching many companies for fire rates doors we found Joshua James were very competitive in price.

Joshua James recently installed a new door in my flat, and I’m genuinely impressed with every part of the experience. The whole team – sales, design, fitters and customer care were brilliant throughout.

They took the time to understand exactly what I was looking for and made sure I was happy at every stage. It was genuinely a pleasure dealing with them. The quality of the door is outstanding too; the steel material feels incredibly solid and far superior to the aluminium options I’d seen elsewhere.

The finished result looks great in my new home, and the installation was done neatly and professionally - leaving no mess!

We are thrilled with the doors and windows provided, they look fantastic. A really excellent service provided all the way through from our initial enquiry to planning and execution of the project, it was flawless. I would highly recommend.

We required some replacement doors between the kitchen and the Conservatory, not a big space but wanted them to look 'classy'. We were impressed with Joshua James's website and therefore requested a survey and never looked back. Good product, accurate survey and therefore fit and from manufacture to fitting we have been very pleased with the result. Excellent team of fitters too, courteous, pleasant and skilled. Highly recommended.

We are absolutely overjoyed with the product and service from ‘Joshua James’.
From the initial contact with Chris advising on the best door option to go with; bifold or sliding - opted for sliding; the updates from Calum, the site visit for measurements and to the lovely guys who fitted the doors (apologies I didn’t get their names - but they were very good with my dogs).
They look so so good, we’ve had them in just over a month and have had some lovely comments from family and friends.
I would not hesitate in recommending you guys and using you again.

Service is fantastic. With slight bumps in the road, communication was superb throughout. You and the team ensured we were updated at every opportunity and went above and beyond to ensure that the product was of a high quality and that we were happy throughout the whole process. 

The doors themselves look incredible. Fitted well considering the natural oak beam came with challenges.

Such a great experience. The fire doors look great and are really good quality. Calum was so accommodating to my timelines and the installation team were very efficient on the day. I will definitely be recommending Joshua James and will be using them again if required.

Absolutely excellent work, I had a wonderful partition done in my studio flat and the team was absolutely brilliant, very professional and helpful and the work was literally 5*!!

Professional team, lovely doors, I’m very pleased with the look. I would only say that it was a long process as we started end of November with the survey and finished installation beginning of April.

Just had our interior glass doors fitted and they look stunning, and have totally transformed our living space. Joshua James have been great throughout the whole process. Joshua James is a company you can trust to do a good job, The quality is better than we expected and fitted to a high standard. The price is comparable to other companies but the quality is very good.Overall a really good experience and excellent product.

I had been looking for a particular style of aluminum/glass doors for ages. When I found these guys they were super helpful in showing me what was available and what would look good. Though out the process they were polite, communicated well, always contactable and when it came to installation were careful and thoughtful about mess and the rest of my home. Definitely would recommend.
