I'm very pleased with the service. Dr Janjua does an amazing eye test, and as a customer I understand some tests are complementary. The staff is very friendly and accommodating You get the quality you pay for.

Dr. Sheeraz is one of the top opticians, providing truly first-class service. A gold-star professional – very friendly, approachable, and always helpful.

Friendly team, appointment to time, a bit early even , efficient assessment and explained scans taken really well. Able to proceed to treatment quickly appointments given for the following week.

From the moment I walked in I was welcomed by everyone. All the staff were lovely. The care I received from Dr Janjua was wonderful. He really listened to my concerns, made sure I understood everything he was telling me, and allowed me to ask as many questions as I wanted. I didn't feel rushed and felt taken care of.

Dr Janja has treated me with professionalism, interest and experience and has continued to do that at John Flynn in Beeston. I have had the best optical care through my issues and concerns and of course choosing the right optics and frames for my taste. Which means they always go the extra mile.

I always receive excellent service from a warm and friendly team.
I feel in safe hands and my particular eyesight issues are well addressed and cared for.
I am currently having the latest treatment for Aged related Macular Degeneration which is pain free with no side effects.
When it comes to new lenses/frames I receive lots of support and a good range of frames.

I've been supporting a friend who has been receiving treatment at John Flynn's. Every aspect of the treatment was explained to her and every appointment was quick and efficient. The staff were really friendly and helpful and went out of their way to put my friend at ease and to help her in any way she needed. Dr Janjua's explanations of the options were really clear so my friend could make her own informed decisions.

I have been seeing Dr. Sheeraz Janjua and his team at John Flynn Opticians in Beeston for many years now and have consistently received – to my mind - an exceptional level of care. This applies equally to whether I am there for an annual check-up, to be tested for a new pair of prescription sunglasses or for a more complex examination of a specific eye problem (which can sometimes lead to an onward referral to hospital for further consultations). Dr. Janjua is a highly qualified professional: he is extraordinarily thorough, knowledgeable and always up to date with the latest advances in eye care. I appreciate the time he takes to listen, explain and ensure that the issues involved and the treatment options available are clearly understood – this speaks to both his expertise and his genuine thoughtfulness; his friendly manner and clear communication inspire great confidence. The staff are equally excellent—welcoming, efficient, and always helpful—creating a warm, relaxed and comfortable environment. I highly recommend Dr. Janjua and his team without hesitation.

I highly recommend Dr. Janjua. His clinical practice goes way beyond anything I have experienced before. He is extremely knowledgeable and always explains everything. He is constantly keeping himself up-to-date to research the latest innovative, cutting edge treatments for eye conditions beyond routine eye tests and dispensing glasses. His treatments for me have been life changing. The practice team are always welcoming, efficient and helpful in everything they do. I cannot praise them all highly enough.

Dr Janjua is a specialist who can provide comprehensive assessments and tailored treatments for your eye issues . In my case eye strain and fatigue due to binocular vision. Excellent professional team providing a relaxing experience.
My assessment was thorough, and I now have a better understanding of my vision issues.

Having moved house 3 years ago I transferred from my old optician to Dr Janjua at John Flynn, I have been very impressed with the care and attention that all the staff there give to their customers. Dr Janjua is always very thorough in his examinations, gives explanations along the way and answers my questions clearly. He is very pleasant and professional and I always leave his consulting room feeling confident at being well looked after. His team of efficient staff are all very welcoming, very pleasant, and very helpful. If you need to go to the opticians I would recommend anyone to go there.

I am a medical professional (GP) and felt I had a problem with the vision in one eye. Dr Janjua was absolutely amazing. He left no stone unturned in examining my eyes and vision, did appropriate scans and found a very rare problem. He immediately referred me to the QMC opthalmology as an emergency and with his letter of referral I was seen the same day and after another long examination the specialist found the same problem. I cannot praise Dr Janjua highly enough. His expertise, patience and his ability to explain and diagnose are exemplary. My subsequent check ups with him have been just as thorough and I have no hesitation in recommending him.

I cannot speak highly enough of Dr Janjua at John Flynn Opticians in Beeston. They have the best products and expert advice, everybody is so helpful and extremely kind. I wouldn’t go anywhere else. Would definitely recommend
