Pleasant staff in reception, minimal wait for appointment. Dr Janjua is very pleasant and an excellent clinician. Good explanations of tge procedures and measurements obtained.

I visited Dr S A Janjua about a lifelong problem I have experienced with my left eye. He was extremely helpful, explained everything clearly, and took the time to make sure I fully understood the situation and what was going on. The service was very professional, thorough, and reassuring. I would highly recommend him.

I recently had an eye examination at John Flynn's.

I find that the overall experience is excellent. In particular, the staff are very friendly and competent.

They have a good range of services and the choice of frames is above average.

Just one word for Dr Sheeraz Janjua, "EXCELLENT". I have been going to see Dr Janjua for my eye tests for the past 15 years and every occasion has been great. I am treated with the utmost respect and listened to. I have never had any cause for any concerns and have always been fully satisfied. I would not hesitate to refer anyone seeing Dr Janjua and get an exceptional outcome from him.

A very thorough eye test for a complex prescription with everything explained very clearly. At the end of the test the news lens prescription was demonstrated alongside my current lenses & the positive difference was very marked.
Customer service was excellent from all staff.

I believe my sight test with Dr Janjua was the most thorough test you can have, I was even checked for BVD , all aspects of the test was explained to me and the 4D OCT scan checked the back of my eye.. my test took longer than the time slot due to the complexity of my eye changes but Dr Janjua gave me the time required and took time to explain why the changes were happening, I left very reassured.
The practice staff are so friendly and knowledgeable and helped me choose new frames.. I will definitely be returning to John Flynn Opticians.

Dr. Janjua was friendly but very thorough, explained everything carefully and the practice offered a wide range of frames and lenses. Two years ago I had low level light therapy for dry age-related macular degeneration - on this current visit I also had an advanced retina scan, which confirmed again that the treatment was successful. Excellent support was provided by a small, professional, friendly team - who all work well together.

Dr Janjua provides exceptional service - examinations are thorough and unhurried. He also explains the results carefully and in great detail ensuring implications and recommendations are understood fully. I am more than grateful that he spotted an issue that has been treated at hospital.
The whole team is efficient, good humoured and kind. I value being able to experience the high level of professionalism and expertise in such a friendly and welcoming setting.

Dr Janjua is certainly the most competent optician I have ever met. We first met 2 years ago, after I had an accident and the glasses I had were not working for me. After a comprehensive set of tests, he got me a new pair which worked perfectly. 12 months later and I felt my eyes had changed again, and so I tests and another set of glasses, which worked perfectly. Another 12 months and I had another set of eye tests, this time I felt that the glasses were working great and he confirmed that, I would keep them another year. Also, due to the quality of the glass in the lenses, the small cataracts I had had not appeared to worsen. This person is quite a genius.

Helpful optician who explained what each process was very clearly and came up with solutions to irritations with contact lenses.

Always a pleasure to have the eye sight done. But it's not just that. It's the all over eye care you get with Dr Janjua. Outstanding service at the front desk, from the technicians and Dr Janjua.

From my first phone call to them the service has been excellent. Dr Sheeraz Janjua is excellent and explained everything to me without rushing. The ladies in reception are lovely and very welcoming. I would highly recommend.

I’ve always used John Flynn opticians. Dr Janjua offers a very thorough eye test, all the staff are very friendly and offer great service and advice. They’ve all worked there for many years which speaks volumes. Great selection of glasses and I’ve always been happy with my choice and fitting. Would 100% recommend and wouldn’t go anywhere else.

Absolutely brilliant service from Mr Sheeraz Janjua, Optician at John Flynn’s. The eye examination was extremely thorough, and Sheeraz took the time to carefully explain everything, including the different options available and the importance of looking after my eye health. I felt completely informed and reassured throughout.

The whole team were excellent — kind, caring, patient and incredibly helpful when it came to choosing the right frames and lenses. Nothing felt rushed, and they genuinely wanted to make sure I was happy with my choices.
