Friendly, useful and efficient
Better than I could expect, John Moncrieff provided a friendly, useful, efficient and good value service. I would thoroughly recommend them. I just wanted a single length of glass tubing with no frills and they happily supplied that. Initially I ordered and paid for the wrong length (too short) but since I contacted them again before it was dispatched they were happy to upgrade the order and I just paid the difference. The glass arrived the next day, safe and sound exactly as specified. Great service.

Very quick delivery in very safe packaging so the fragile item was completely fine when it arrived. It was for a shade for a 1930s antique art deco light and I couldn't find it anywhere else and it fitted perfectly!

I found at John Moncrieff Lighting an etched glass I couldn't find in my country anymore, not even online. I needed it to repair a pair of old lamps. But this item needed to be very carefully packaged : it was, and it fits perfectly with my lamp. I'm so pleased.
