Top bloke Roy. Contacted him Thursday last week, asked to fetch my damaged Karcher K4 in on Monday. Greeted by a nice lad on the desk. Roy fixed the problem there & then. Puts both Wickes ( where I bought it from 8 months ago & were not bothered) & Karcher themselves ( who did not want to know ) to shame. I know where to go from now on if I have any problem or purchase a new product. Thank you very much Roy & the team. Loz.

Fantastic service by all at the Jetwashshop in Elland - friendly, informative & efficient. Repair to Karcher was done while I waited with parts in stock - even made me a cup of tea while I waited! Can't rate highly enough & would not hesitate to recommend.

Joke of a company do not use had to pick up my washer in bits as they took too long to mend it.
No communication tells you the part is in when it isn’t. Terrible service will never recommend. I was not informed the part was coming in on the 18th don’t use COVID as a excuse.

The customer was advised the parts were expected 18th March, if it came in it would be fitted and he would be contacted. He took this as the machine would be ready so turned up, it was explained the parts are still in transit but he was adamant he wanted the machine back , it was explained it was disassembled waiting for the new part to be fitted but he wanted it back as it was ( this is not company policy) . A very unreasonable and extremely rude customer. During COVID and brexit customers are made aware of delays but but mr schofield seems to think it’s the companies fault. No charge was given for any of the work carried out
Ordered the spare parts for my 8 year old power washer in summer this year !parts in stock! arrived within two days fixed my machine, decided to go back to the shop and purchase more goods, bought myself another newer more powerful washer !

So so so thankful? I was given Recommendation from design drive Clayton bradford to call jet wash shop.co.uk, So gave them a call and within 3 mins Chatting Roy had sourced my karcher jet wash parts ( he had them in stock!!!!!!!!) said there in the post mate, received immediately from Hermes
