Adam was helpful from start to finish. Really friendly, helped us to feel at ease, took time and answered all questions. Took us all around every nook and cranny and the garden. He was engaging throughout and made the viewing a positive experience for us.

I have only dealt with the Eccleshall office and with the sales agent Chelsea. This is a 5* review and well deserved, at every contact and dealing with Chelsea, she has worked hard to make sure we were 100% satisfied, there was no “estate agent” selling tactics, she was straight, truthful and enthusiastic, as a new build property she has been proactive at all times and never reactive, this has been one of the best business dealings for a long long time. I would recommend that you speak to Chelsea and let James Du Pavey sell your property and if you are interested in buying a property then choose Chelsea. So a big thank you to Chelsea for all her hard work and dedication, it has been and continues to be a pleasure dealing with such a professional business woman.

Just sold our flat in Galashiels with James Agent. Donald was a pleasure to deal with - professional, friendly and extremely efficient. Can’t fault the service provided. I was kept updated throughout the process, and Donald was always there at the other end of the phone. Very happy and would have no hesitation in recommending their services.

Great initial meeting with fixed costs clearly laid out. We were always kept updated throughout the marketing process, including feedback from viewers. They also recommended a local solicitor to deal with the legal conveyancing who was equally as good throughout. We would definitely use Adam and Donald at James Agent again.

Recently sold our house in Darnick with James Agent, found both Adam and Donald very personable, knowledgeable and efficient. Would recommend their services, they made the whole process very easy and provided good guidance throughout the sale process.

I found James Agent estate agent (Melrose) were very professional in the way they handled the property sale as well as their management of all the relevant information towards advertising, viewings and finally meeting with potential buyers.

We used James Agent for selling a property and we couldn’t ask for a better experience. Adam James was quick to reply to all my queries, honest, up-front and reliable. There was no fuss, and everything was dealt with efficiently, courteously and respectfully. As I didn’t live at the property that was being sold, it was a great experience to have access to an App on my phone that told me who was booked in to see the house, when their appointment was, and if they had made an offer for the house. This avoided having many phone calls regarding the house sale, which for someone with a busy working life like me, was really helpful indeed. Very highly recommended!
