Unable to process a Return
I tried to return a jumper to swap for another colour. Return portal would not let me submit the return. It requested a $39.48 handling fee but did not have any link to attempt to pay this exorbitant fee.no reply from emails.

So disappointed in Jaki customer service. I have bought from you for almost 8 years and have been so happy till now. Appalling treatment. I purchased a dress for my Daughters wedding in September for the evening but I didn’t like it.i Returned the dress to JAKi and I have been told dress is not in good condition. The dress was tried on and taken off and carefully repackaged. They insisted the dress had been worn. If it had it was not quality checked before sending to me. I haven’t left the house let alone go out and wear an evening dress ! No refund issued. Incredibly sarcastic generic customer service assistant. After numerous emails no response just an email asking for a review. Well here it is. You really suck ! I will never purchase from you again. Let’s wait for the standard computerised reply..Avoid this company at all cost.

Following a careful inspection by our Returns Team, the dress was not found to be in the pristine, resellable condition required under our returns policy, so we were unfortunately unable to accept it for a refund and complimentarily returned it to you.
To clarify, this does not mean we believe the dress was worn.
We simply ask that all items be tried on with extra care and returned in the same pristine condition in which they were received, as even minor damage can make them unsuitable for resale.

The top is not what’s on line . Fabric looks and feels thicker and has no drape. Neck line is small with no room to drop one shoulder. Not like what’s advertised
For a L/ XL it sits quite tight around the middle. I’m a size 12/14 in Australia so the L would be my size . Left a little disappointed

Our jumpers are intentionally crafted from a premium ultra-fine knit designed to offer a soft, elegant drape while remaining lightweight and breathable.
Many of our customers also choose to wear the top upside down, which creates a wider neckline and allows more of the shoulder to be shown, if that's the look you're hoping to achieve.
