The customer service reps were timely in responding to my emails, they offered me free shipping back because of the issues that I was having and I’m still working with them, but I’ve been very very impressed and will continue to business with this company because of their great customer service

I purchased the Anne satin slip dress in large and the Lumi poncho. I am 1.78 m tall/72 kg/36 B. The dress is long - hits at the ankle and the satin fabric drapes well. However the bust lining barely covers and the bottom hem on the does not appear finished (just stiched over). Don't know whether manufacturer intends for customer to hem for herself. The poncho is a bit small for someone my size.

Shipping was fast and easy. Great product. Happy with my purchase.

I ordered the Satin Halterback dress in black. I ordered down one size as suggested by other reviewers and glad I did. I love the dress, however, the color is not as black as it appears on the website. It is a dull black, and not brilliant unfortunately.

I would order the dress again but maybe not in black

My daughter is 5’11 and needed a butter yellow dress for sorority rush week. The color, material, length…. It was all perfection! Truly a beautiful dress! It arrived on time. The only constructive feedback I have is packaging. For the price I thought it might be well packaged with tissue paper, branding, bow, etc. But that is one tiny thing, truly over-all super thrilled with this lovely dress.

I tried to return a jumper to swap for another colour. Return portal would not let me submit the return. It requested a $39.48 handling fee but did not have any link to attempt to pay this exorbitant fee.no reply from emails.
