Totally fantastic

This was my first purchase from JAKI, and I couldn’t be happier. The dress is beautiful, excellent quality, and arrived very quickly. It washes well and has kept its shape perfectly. I’ve received so many lovely compliments every time I’ve worn it.

I ordered the Sabrina Sleeveless Satin Dress (Olive Green, M) and the Asymmetric Draped Seamless Knit (Olive Green, S/M). At no point during checkout did I see that either item was a pre-order. My order confirmation clearly stated delivery within 2–4 working days, so I expected everything to arrive in time for a special occasion.

It was only after placing my order that I received an email saying one of the items was actually a pre-order and could take 3–4 weeks to arrive. Had this been made clear before I paid, I would never have placed the order.

Customer service responded quickly to my initial emails, but as soon as I requested a refund for my nearly £200 order, they stopped replying.

This has been a very disappointing experience. Customers should be told clearly before they pay if an item is on pre-order, especially when the order confirmation promises delivery within 2–4 working days.

I was a little sceptic because I saw it advertised on the internet but they are in Putney! I lived next door in Barnes. When the outfit arrived - within days - I could not believe how beautiful and gorgeous it was. So soft. So very lovely. I am going to buy more!

As usual Jaki never disappoints…. Love, love their clothing line. This was my 8 purchase from this Company and livd every item. The quality -top notch, the style-love it and have received so many compliments ( thanks to Jaki!). You will not be disappointed!!

I love this sweater and ordered already in two colors. Ordered my normal size.

Too less detailed information on the product (far shorter than suggested) and inconvenient return process (Fedex is really not convenient in NL). I am a bit disappointed to be honest.

I absolutely loved this outfit, it looked amazing for a wedding. Please Jaki could you do a petite range in trousers and dresses as I had to have the trousers taken up by about 3 inches; customer service was excellent.

The look and quality are wonderful.
I have several pieces and love them.

Good and beautiful items, quick delivery, good price.

I have only had to send a few items back due to the fit. They always exchange it with ease. Considering they are located in Europe, shipping is pretty fast. I love the way the cloths fit me and always feel pretty and sexy when I wear a JAKI outfit.

I received a email asking me to rate the sweater I ordered prior to receiving my order. I found this odd, as I would have expected they would have known my item had not yet arrived. Delivery was late, as well. However with that, the sweater is delightful, and I am very happy with the fit and quality.

The products are lovely. Bought out from them a couple times now and other customer service is excellent. Answered you right away. Gave you good advice on the fit of an item and to help you make a correct choice
