Refused to provide paid for postage for returning a faulty item. Illegal under 2015 consumer rights act.

Bought a simple phone for an elderly friend. Clearly a genuine new phone, it works fine, and the battery lasts for ages.

I was looking for an iPad last week asked some questions regarding product and questions were answered really quickly. Ordered iPad on Wednesday and it was delivered on the Thursday. IPad was in pristine condition I would recommend J7 Enterprise to anyone and would buy from again.

Ordered the phone stand/ cleaner through them. A unique product sold on an easy to use website. Email confirmation was in point and delivery was quick.
