good service

I had a great experience with the customer service team. They responded to my request very quickly and handled everything in a professional and helpful manner. The communication was clear and timely, and they followed up with updates without me having to ask. I'm very satisfied with the support I received — truly excellent service!

Compare with official website

The offer of checked baggage was a misleading or even fake when I compared the terms with the basic service from CathayPacific.

The offer of seat choice was not stated clearly that it was for service fees for manual selection. Anyway, this fee was refunded after complaint.

They’re trustworthy

They’re trustworthy. Had a delay in getting my ticket but they pulled through and were fairly responsive and proactive in making sure it was delivered to me. Their tech could be improved for sure, but the human element behind the website is good and gets the job done.

I'm happy I could grab a last-minute flight back to Singapore without any hassle! The site had one hiccup showing an error, but overall it went smoothly and wasn't as expensive as I feared.

Iwofly is a company that protects fraudsters at the expense of real customers. My credit card was stolen and used to make unauthorized purchases on their platform, and instead of taking responsibility, Iwofly completely refused to help.

Under global financial regulations such as the Payment Services Directive (PSD2) in the EU and the Fair Credit Billing Act (FCBA) in the US, merchants are legally required to address and assist in fraudulent payment disputes. Specifically:

Merchants must cooperate with fraud victims to investigate and resolve unauthorized transactions.

A business cannot keep funds from fraudulent transactions, as this constitutes financial misconduct.

If a victim reports fraud before services are used, the company must work with financial institutions to cancel or refund the transactions.

Despite these legal requirements, Iwofly refused to stop the payments or refund my stolen money, showing a complete lack of responsibility. Instead, they told me it was “not their problem” and advised me to contact my bank.

A legitimate company would assist victims and take action to prevent fraud, but Iwofly has made it clear that they are complicit in these fraudulent activities. By refusing to cancel fraudulent bookings, they are effectively supporting criminals and leaving victims helpless.

This is not just unethical; this is a business model that benefits from crime. They knowingly process and keep money from fraudulent transactions, making them a perfect ally for thieves and scammers.

I will be reporting Iwofly to consumer protection authorities, financial regulators, and law enforcement agencies. I will also make sure their fraudulent-friendly policies are exposed on every review platform.

If you care about security, ethical business practices, and your own financial safety, DO NOT use Iwofly. They do not protect customers; they protect fraudsters.

My credit card was used without my…

My credit card was used without my consent on this website. Had a minimalistic support. I've sent them the last operation's bank details (less then 9 hours) and they didn't even bother put a hold on the ticket...Shame

AVOID iwofly

AVOID iwofly. Looks like it’s a scam company.I have been trying to get in touch to change my flight details or get a refund but the email address bounced back to me. There are no clear contact details

Terrible Service

IWoFly charges customers free baggage

IWoFly charges free baggage

Instead of telling customers Hainan airlines provides 23kg check-in luggage.

IWoFly rather telling their customers there is no checked baggage included and charges their customers $140 per person. This is just a rip-off, don’t fall for it.

Contacted Hainan airlines and they confirmed 1x 23kg baggage is included and 7kg hand carry.

So always contact the airline, since there is no flight “without” checked in baggage.

CHEAT, NASTY LIARS

CHEAT, DISHONESTY, SHAMELESS LIARS
They sneakily change your flight time.

After the payment, it takes hours to issue the tickets. They don’t show the return time on the issuing page to intentionally make you unaware, and it only turns out that the tickets have already been switched to an earlier time that is cheaper.
They basically profit at the customers' expense.

Irresponsible and lame customer survives.
Stay away from these thieves.

The flight times displayed during your purchase are entered by you and cannot be modified by our team after entry. As a booking platform, we do not have the ability to alter flight times or other itinerary details once they have been selected and confirmed by the customer during the purchase process.

What you see during checkout is exactly what gets processed with the airline. If there was any discrepancy in your flight times, it would have been visible and confirmed by you before finalizing payment.
