The cancellation request was made…

The cancellation request was made within 24–48 hours of booking and the travel date is more than 7 days away. Despite this, the merchant (Budgetair) has denied refund and is showing ₹0 refund, while IndiGo has refused to process cancellation citing third-party booking. Both parties are shifting responsibility, resulting in denial of refund.
The transaction is disputed as “services not rendered / refund not processed,” and I request reversal of the full disputed amount.

I AM trying to connect with chat box…

I AM trying to connect with chat box from past three days it says 30 persons inline..

Try automoatic service??? what is this and were to connect for automatic service???

Got reply from customer care the same connect on chat box.

So it all merry go around and takes 72 hrs. for answers so you miss your flight or your booked funds.

No customer care number for India.

In this era of IT this system is working like 1970s.

BudgetAir.in Self-Transfer Guarantee is a SCAM – Booking BIN-22474893

Do not trust the 'Self-Transfer Guarantee' offered by BudgetAir.in; it is a complete scam. On 26th March, a delay of 1 hour and 40 minutes on my first flight caused me to miss my connection.
I followed their policy to the letter and emailed customerservice
immediately at 22:15 PM IST to trigger the guarantee. I received no response and no alternative travel plan. Left stranded at the airport with no help, I was forced to book my own replacement flight for ₹15,959.
Since BudgetAir failed to fulfill its obligation to provide an alternative, I am now claiming a full reimbursement of the ₹15,959 I spent out-of-pocket. I have timestamped email proof and all receipts ready. Resolve this immediately for Booking BIN-22474893.

Poor Payment Page

1. the Payment page was unresponsive
2. it allowed me to use my DEBIT CARD 3 times and STILL didn't proceed to book a ticket
3. After make a successful payment via my Credit Card, it took almost 48 hours to receive a Payment confirmation.

Deception

When I was booking the air tickets, I was not told that is going to be a handling fee. When I went to pay the final amount it included extra fee. I would not have bought the ticket if I was told about the extra charge in the beginning. I consider this as a deceptive practice. I will never ever buy from Budget Air.

it's wise to stay away from the budgetair,

No PNR, no mobile, showed no booking on the website, if anybody wants to help, always more than 30 in the queue, 72 hr or 96 hr later, PNR... what a joke. Stay km away. worst experience. BIN-32613197 is the booking ref.
