J’utilise iTubeGo depuis plusieurs années dans le cadre de mes formations, et je dois dire que c’est un outil vraiment pratique.

Dans mes cours, j’aime intégrer des vidéos pour donner plus de vie au contenu et maintenir l’engagement des participants. iTubeGo me permet de le faire simplement et efficacement. Le logiciel est facile à utiliser, intuitif et rapide à prendre en main, même pour quelqu’un qui ne veut pas perdre de temps avec des réglages complexes.

Bien sûr, il arrive occasionnellement que certaines restrictions empêchent le téléchargement de certains contenus, mais honnêtement, il fonctionne dans environ 98 % des cas, ce qui est largement satisfaisant pour mes besoins professionnels.

Je tiens aussi à souligner que le service à la clientèle a été très rapide et efficace lorsque j’ai eu besoin d’assistance.

Recently, I updated the application and it logged me out. When I tried to enter my access key, I received a message saying that I could no longer log in because I had exceeded the number of allowed logins on a computer. This was a mistake. I had previously purchased the lifetime license 2 or 3 years ago and I have never changed computers. I contacted customer support and received a response within 48 hours, and my issue was resolved. Very satisfied with the service and a great application. I highly recommend it.

I liked, good app.

I contacted support because of a problem with activation after I changed my hardware and had to reinstall the software. After a short time, my activation code for installing the livetime version was reactivated. The support team was friendly and understood my problem without lengthy communication.

Outstanding piece of software.
I had a slight issue with registration.
They solved it so quickly.

This software is the beast
and the support is excellent

I bought a lifetime license of their app a couple of years ago. The PC on which I installed it failed and I needed to have the license reset so as to allow me install the app and register it on my new PC. I sent the request to them and in less than 24 hours due to time difference, my request was treated.

Well I switched out my hard drives I needed to use the app pronto.. And iTubeGo staff responded instantly ang I was off & going fast . Appreciated
