I thought I will order from a Danish dealership to have a well qualified service but it turned out completely the other way. Two days after placing an order, I had not received the tracking number yet. I wrote to the customer support and received no answer. Then, by reading online how this shop actually deals with customers, I sent another email right away asking for my money back because there is no way I want to be a member for 180DKK per month. I received no answer. Finally, a day later, I got an email that my order has been shipped and I was also charged an extra 180DKK for being a member. No answers to my customer claims yet though. It is time to notify this business to authorities - no matter what they name themselves or at which country they please do mislead their customers! Do not order from here!

They don’t have a number phone. And you have to be a member for a good price. They take money in your account in 7 days. It’s company from Estonia

Rubbish site. Advertise well priced items to only automatically subscribe you to there shop and charging your card.

Apparently I became a member without my knowledge and was charged 179dkk after purchase. I contacted them and they said it is very clear that it's a membership club, yet if you go to their purchase it says nowhere, you have to click on a "i" icon to get that information, even then they should charge monthly, not week after purchase. They refuse to give my money back so I have contacted my bank as an objection to this transaction, hopefully that will help me out. To anyone reading this, I had to close my card and if you have purchased something from them I advice you to do the same. Your card is compromised by these liars. My advice to you is to stay away from them.

The selection of products is very large and the prices are fair. The shipping went very quickly. Clear recommendation!

Product was ok, but the delivery took a week instead of 1-2 days as claimed on their webpage. Also remember to unsubscribe from the membership they sign you for automatically so you won't waste your money.

I ordered a USB-HDMI converter that's not working and they charged me 179dkk as subscription without asking.

Itdeals debit money from my bank account without my consent. And when I sent an email asking for an explanation the only answer I got was: YOUR ACCOUNT WAS CLOSED.
Buy through another page, this is the worst! DONT PUT YOUR BANK ACCOUNT IN THEIR PAGE.
