There is no clear rules about cost of membership

Communication is not transparent enough. It should be more transparent how ITdeals works and how you start/stop the membership.
Otherwise everything is good.

Very bad experience. I was not informed about the member price and it was deducted directly from my bank account. This was not stated in any part or condition terms on the website nor did I have to register. In addition, there is no option to unsuscribe on the website when one is noticed about this fraudulent practice.

Ask me to rate them at trustpilot before I have got the product delivered (7 days after order).

Answer them that I'll wait until the order arrives.

Get the answer that they annulate my order and refund the money.

You can't buy anything from ITDeals.dk unless you are a member. They are not clear about this when you're going through the buying process (they only tell you once through some small grey text on a grey background), and you're charged an extra 178 SEK per month for that membership. I don't think they're doing anything illegal - just sneaky, predatory and unethical.

They automatically subscribe anyone who have bought something from them and charge them 30 USD each month and you cannot unsubscribe yourself from their page.

Exactly what I was expecting for. Plug and play. Delivery was fast enough even though we are in the middle of a pandemic. Recommended!

The hidden monthly subscription fee is not fair and in my mind unethical.

They offer very good prices and fast delivery. I am verry happy with the quality of service. I recomend to try the membership offert and use the 80% disscount :)

I waited 4 days only to learn they don't have goods on stock.

When making my purchase (that was directly coming from searching the product I needed on Google) it was not clear to me that I was signing up for a membership.

7 days after my purchase, I've noticed that they tried to charge me an additional fee of 179dkk. It sounded like a scam! I then contacted the customer service that then made me aware of the membership creation. Yes they communicate it in all of the steps of their buying experience, but with very subtle, not eye-catching messages that are positioned at the sides or lower parts of the pages.

Even though that has been definitely a bad experience for me, after complaining, the customer support agent then kindly removed the payment of the membership for me.

The product works perfectly. Great price for the quality. The package arrived later than announced, but this is understandable because of the current coronavirus crisis. Anyway, I was not in a hurry to get it.
