There's really not much to say, except that you made an order with a standard shipping and those are the correct shipping times for packages to the Netherlands.
Perhaps next time you purchase fresh goods in the summer you should consider opting for an express shipping, other than that everything went accordingly to what you paid for!

Quality and communication
I placed a fairly large order of Italian cheeses and cured meats, and the experience was excellent from start to finish.
The quality of the products is outstanding, with a great and authentic selection (Parmigiano, Taleggio, speck, salamis… everything looks and tastes fantastic). You can really tell they work with serious, high-quality products.
Customer service was also great: I contacted them regarding the shipping and they were very responsive, helpful, and flexible.
The refrigerated shipping worked perfectly, and everything arrived in great condition and on time.
Overall, a very reliable shop if you’re looking for quality Italian products. I will definitely order again.

Large selection of artisanal foods, I tried a lot of it, the tallegio cheese is very tasty, also the parmesan, then the fresh egg ravioli and tagliatelle.
