The only suggestion would be to improve customer support responsiveness. It would be great to have additional contact options beyond email — such as phone support or live chat (via social media or the website). This is an important part of the overall experience and customer peace of mind.

Great jacket fast delivery
My child is thrilled.
The jacket was delivered quickly even though I ordered it during Christmas week.
We have bought many jackets and overalls from Isbjörn over the years and have never been disappointed. The clothes last long and are very reliable and warm. Some products have been used by three kids one after the other.

The hats are amazing, warm enough and suitable even for where we currently live where it is Rome
The adjusting size is so logic as it can be worn for years.
