2 of the items I received were exactly what I expected. The others, however, felt like they were made of cheaper materials. Then, to see that they were shipped from China (from a shein warehouse) for the amount of money spent, I was furious. Sent 2 emails to get the return address and still haven't received a response. The quality is really great
The quality is really great, it fits well, and the size matches expectations. The only thing is that the colour of the print turned out to be slightly less bright than in the photos on the website. Still, it looks really cool. I don’t regret buying it and already want another one :)

I ordered 2 tank tops over a month ago
I ordered 2 tank tops over a month ago, and the package is still nowhere near arriving.
I requested a refund since their website clearly states delivery takes 10–14 days, but instead of taking responsibility, they keep asking me to wait longer and longer without refunding my money.
Very poor customer service, an extremely frustrating experience, and I will definitely never shop here again.
**I’ll add that in the end they did refund my money, but only after a very long process that could have been much easier and shorter for both sides.
I also received both tank tops and they are really nice, so it’s important for me to mention the positive side as well 😇😇
That said, I would still appreciate speaking with a manager to share my feedback and suggestions regarding the overall process and customer experience.

Product is great however, there was no update as to delivery estimation or when product was delivered. I had to send a message via IG to find out what was happening and still didn’t receive delivery date. I have received my packet almost 2 weeks now and it is still showing “awaiting delivery details”.
