Simple, easy, fast and friendly service!

I had a technical nginx error, emailed and got a response and a fix within 24 hours.

No dramas - Amazing support!

I had an issues with accessing the app and I contacted the support team. They wery extremely prompt in helping me and I realised that in fact I was using another app andeven so , the customer support officer was kind and gave me the advise of how to contact the support team for the other app. Im really impressed by them professionalism and support.

Invoice simple became greedy. Been with them for about 6years , unfortunately have to say goodbye
I now take a screen shot of my invoice and send as pdf cost for paper invoice 20 pence . Invoice simple will gone soon mark my Words

Amazing they where so helpful and got back to me with the help I needed

It was a great app at first but the last few months I have had trouble sending invoices and it got to the point I had to resend invoices 15-20 times before they would go through and the last straw was when I couldn't send my invoices at all

Rep was knowledgeable and fixed the problem quickly. and made sure that each step was complete before moving on.

The invoice team was amazingly quick to respond and help me figure out my issue. They even said thank you, and he responded to that.

Just really easy to use same way I can make an estimate or invoice in the office I can make it in the parking lot at the job site. Just makes it easier to make changes or make a new estimate right on the job site for our clients.

I have never experienced such a quick service anywhere as you guys does. Excellent work always 👏👏

I have been with invoice simple 11 years from the beginning of their journey, something has changed within their team management. They are all about money and very greedy. They are now wanting to charge me £60 for 3 invoices per month when it used to be £20 every year for unlimited. When speaking to an agent, they told me I can upgrade to unlimited invoices for £150 per year. My subscription runs out in a week's time and won't be renewing it. That's 11 years loyalty for you.

Be very careful if and when you cancel your subscription with this app.

Without going into detail. I was a last minute deployment to Europe back in January until recently. I cancelled Invoice Simple via email back in January (the day before I left…which I had done before) and carried on with my trip. I have been back in the UK for a few weeks catching up on admin and find out that Invoice Simple have continued to withdraw money from my account for the passed 7 months. They claim in one email that I should have cancelled via the web app and in another they needed my email address to cancel…which was the email address from which I sent my initial request to cancel! It isn’t a vast sum of money, but not acknowledging my request, as they had before, and not refunding me is a BIG no no in my book. I certainly will not be using them again.

Lastly, using AI for customer service is a bad move…it pushes us to leave reviews
