I chose to go to the Battersea Branch - Towards the end of my treatment, I had no prompt to book my review appointment, until I called myself. I then had my review and decided I needed refinements. Once my refinements arrived, I was told I was only able to collect them on a Sunday, which is incredibly inflexible for someone that doesn’t live locally. I then enquired if they could be posted, to which I was told there was an around an £18.50 charge and it would take 7-12 working days. This was too long so I decided to pick them up myself.

When I went to pick them up, I was told that they had already been posted. I had no communication of this, no tracking info, no address confirmation - I didn’t even pay the fee so I’m not sure why they were posted?

Terrible experience and really disappointed. This is a really personalised experience and I’ve been on my last aligners from the first round for 1 month now, when I usually change weekly. I have no idea when my aligners will arrive.

So far just had the zoom consultation with Joshua Gower. Very professional and friendly, gave me all the information I needed and pricing, very upfront about all possible treatment costs and happy to answer questions about this. Booked a face to face consult quick and easy, and had confirmation texts and all info about where the clinic is and how to get there. Great customer service! ☺️

THe marketing is all done on social media under one dentist's name, wo when I asked on the phone cannot ever be met in any dental clinic. So if she really exists was never shown.

The assesment process was a roughly 10-minute video presentation followed by a roughly 10-minute consultation with a very Jr. clinician who did not provide any name. Immediately afterwards — while I was still in the dental chair, sales staff began pushing for payment of the full treatment cost. Promissed was a price (match) discount which was later again retracted.

My main concern is that everything was verbal, no person provided a full name or any qualification. A number of "included services" were promised in conversation, but every request I made to have these confirmed in writing or by email was vehemently rejected.

The company would not engage with me over email at all. For a treatment at this price point, a refusal to put commitments in writing is very unusual and looked like a scam to me.

Many questions about the treatment itself went unanswered in favour of continued pressure to pay.

I am not the only one noticing this. The provider's unshameful practices are well documented on other feedback platforms and Reddit.

I did not proceed, so I cannot comment on the aligners or the clinical outcome as I feared that this provider would not exist to see the end of my treatment and I was never sure what the actual service was they really were going to provide. The sales process alone was enough for me to walk away, and I would encourage anyone considering this provider to research independently and insist on written terms before paying anything.
