Had a great insight into the process with Troy, it was a quick and easy call get me started on my Invisalign journey! Super helpful.

Staff were friendly and approachable. I spoke to Josh who was patient and took his time to listen to my questions. I felt I had a good understanding of the process and pleased to have received a quick appointment to discuss the treatment packages!

Harley explained the booking process thoroughly and straightforward, including what to expect, and transparency on prices, which were really good! I feel really prepared for the next steps, thanks Harley!!

I have been waiting for months to receive both mine and my wife's retainers. Throughout this process, we've been asked to attend for re-scans twice due to delays with the Tabeo payment system, despite the issue being completely outside of our control.

Now that two monthly instalments have already been taken, I expected some progress. Instead, I've had to call several times, only to be told that our existing scans are still awaiting approval from the senior dentists at the Acton branch or that I have to come in again for a re-scan which is ridiculous. Weeks have passed without any meaningful update or communication.

I'm extremely disappointed with the lack of organisation and the repeated empty promises from the customer service team. A process that should have been straightforward has become unnecessarily frustrating, and proactive communication has been virtually non-existent.

I sincerely hope this is resolved promptly and that the company improves its customer service, as this experience has fallen well below expectations.

I went to the Leeds clinic and met the team. Each one of them was absolutely brilliant. So friendly, efficient and answered every question. I travelled from Sunderland and am looking forward to doing so for my fitting. I was unfortunately a victim to smile direct which I am sure a lot of their customers were. I was reluctant to spend even more money on retainers but they know exactly what they are doing and I’m so excited to see the results. 10/10 would recommend.

Everything has been great so far, made me feel very comfortable and answered any questions I had, they were very polite and im so happy to be going ahead with getting my invisiligns very excited and cant wait to see my results!

I am following up on my previous review because the clinic responded publicly and advised me to contact them directly.

I did exactly that. I contacted the clinic multiple times regarding my upper permanent retainers, which partially detached after only four weeks, and my request for a refund. Despite being told to get in touch, I still have not received a proper response or resolution.

I find this extremely disappointing. It is frustrating to be publicly told to contact the clinic, only to then receive no response after doing exactly that. I am still waiting for the matter to be addressed and for a response regarding my refund request. I have been trying to get in touch for months.

I hope the clinic will now take this matter seriously and respond to me directly.

The consultation went really well. All my questions were answered by friendly staff and I felt at ease with Negaad. The scan was really insightful and it was nice to see how my teeth would look like. The explanation of pricing was great and I was made aware of all options and reassured that this would be the lowest price for Invisalign that I could get. From the initial booking to consultation I felt like my needs were heard.

Great experience. I am an anxious person when it comes to anything to do with my teeth, but I have wanted liners for a very long time and I had a great experience at my first appointment. I was made to feel at ease and everything was fully explained to me by a very friendly team of staff.

I chose to go to the Battersea Branch - Towards the end of my treatment, I had no prompt to book my review appointment, until I called myself. I then had my review and decided I needed refinements. Once my refinements arrived, I was told I was only able to collect them on a Sunday, which is incredibly inflexible for someone that doesn’t live locally. I then enquired if they could be posted, to which I was told there was an around an £18.50 charge and it would take 7-12 working days. This was too long so I decided to pick them up myself.

When I went to pick them up, I was told that they had already been posted. I had no communication of this, no tracking info, no address confirmation - I didn’t even pay the fee so I’m not sure why they were posted?

Terrible experience and really disappointed. This is a really personalised experience and I’ve been on my last aligners from the first round for 1 month now, when I usually change weekly. I have no idea when my aligners will arrive.

So far just had the zoom consultation with Joshua Gower. Very professional and friendly, gave me all the information I needed and pricing, very upfront about all possible treatment costs and happy to answer questions about this. Booked a face to face consult quick and easy, and had confirmation texts and all info about where the clinic is and how to get there. Great customer service! ☺️
