My order disappeared and so did the customer service team

Order confirmed but delivery’s not made. Tried all the phone numbers and email addresses I could find online. I even tried social media. No one responded. It’s a very important delivery for my client. I just wanted to know whether it’s delivered or not. If not, I wanted a refund and I moved on another. Now I wasted all my weekend trying to figure out whether they have delivered and my client still hasn’t received the welcoming bouquet. That’s simply not a good service I have to say. I will never book with the Interflora chain again.

They scammed me and made me look so cheap, the flowers that I purchased looked nothing like the ones that my girlfriend received.

It was a daylight robbery!!!

Order was supposed to be delivered by 14 and it has not been delivered.
Customer service can barely speak Italian and has no clue on where the flowers are (as this is with another florist)

They basically ripped me off

They basically ripped me off – I paid for a premium bouquet and got HALF the amount of flowers advertised in the pictures. Their customer service acknowledged that they put the wrong picture on their website but refused to do anything about it. Shitty service, incompetent team. Will not be ordering again.

Lovely flowers, reasonable price, delivery on time

I wanted to order a bouquet of flowers for my sister who lives in Italy. InterFlora has a lovely selection of flowers at various price points. And you get to choose the date of delivery and a time slot. Adding a little something extra is also an option, such as a card or chocolates. The bouquet arrived today - on time - and my sister was very happy :) I am also very pleased with how easy it was to place the order and how smoothly the delivery went!

ci scusiamo per il ritardo, in riferimento all'ordine in oggetto, siamo spiacenti di comunicarle che la mancata consegna è dovuta ad un problema tecnico per cui l’ordine è rimasto bloccato, pertanto abbiamo provveduto a cancellare l'ordine ed inoltrato la pratica all'ufficio rimborsi

il rimborso sarà visibile 24/48hrs sul metodo di pagamento utilizzato

I needed to send flowers from the US to…

I needed to send flowers from the US to a small town in Italy and Interflora was great. I was happy with the selections and the fact that a local florist would be used.

The order di not arrived in the established date. There was no notification of the status and order advancement or fulfillment. Terribile experience, five years ago was not like that.
