Worst experience ever!
Plant did not get delivered on my chosen day.
Customer service replied to my messages with automatic replies. After 3 days, and the plant not being delivered yet, Interflora replied saying I had selected a currier (I DID NOT! I SPECIFICALLY REQUESTED A DELIVERY BY A LOCAL FLORIST, PLUS I CHOSE NOT TO GO WITH A CURRIER AS IT WAS AN EXTRA COST) and that since I did tat they were not responsible for my order.
It's now been 3 days later. My plant has not arrived yet. It was a present for my Mum for a very important fetivity. I missed it.
I am told it may take another 3 or more days for it to be delivered.
Interflora is ignoring my messages.
DO NOT USE INTERFLORA!
UPDATE: The plant got delivered on the Monday (it was supposed to be delivered on the previous Friday for Mother's Day), but at least it was in good condition.
UPDATE: In light of Interflora's response, I would like to reiterate that I did not select Currier and that I explicitly requested delivery for a particular day. Furthermore, I wish to emphasize that the customer service, both online/email and on this platform, is of the lowest quality, to say the least. The tone has consistently been accusatory, discourteous, and unhelpful. Thank you.

They cancelled my order after 24 hours we completed it with their own reason.
This is an important occasion and we missed it !!
Their behavior is totally not acceptable.
You should remove this shop from your shopping bag if you would like to confirm to send your gift.

Not only did they not deliver the flowers at the date that I scheduled, which was part of a birthday surprise but they also haven’t delivered them AT ALL. I got the email claiming it was delivered but it hasn’t, nobody called or gave it to the keeper. Unacceptable! I should have read the reviews… and ofc no response for the reimbursement request.
Edit. They stopped replying to my emails. Don’t want to reimburse me. SCAM!!! DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS WEBSITE, ABSOLUTE SCAM.
Edit 2: reimbursement after 2 weeks of emailing them daily.

We chose a very colorful bouchet for our friend to surprise her for her birthday,and they sended something totally different and cheapest flowers (I understand about the season availability etc )but there was nothing from what we choose and the season was ok ,and I have set the option to get delivery morning time and they send it in the evening.I had no one to contact about it and I made a complaint about the quality of the flowers but no one ever replied .So never again with this site!

I ordered a large bouquet for my daughter and son-in-law 4th wedding anniversary on 24th April 2025. The bouquet arrived in good time but only half the bouquet arrived. I ordered a large Radiant Joy Bouquet £65.22 excluding delivery. When my daughter sent me a photo I was shocked. "Where is the rest of it I asked?", I showed her a photo from your website displaying a large bouquet and told her this is what you should have received.
This is the first and last time I will order from Interflora nor will I be promotimg you. ABSOLUTE CON
This company and webpage are one huge scam.
Unfortunately, I wanted to surprise a friend with a nice flower as she lives in different country as I am. End up with disappointment, no flower bouquet delivered and I lost my money, which wasn't 10 or 20€.
No one picked up the phone that they had listed on the webpage, nor responded to my email. Please be careful and never order from this webpage, you'll just lose your money.
The service was overall wonderful. The flower arrangement arrived beautifully, and the delivery driver was very kind, and very polite. I was phoned to be informed when the flowers would be delivered, and they arrived on time. I'm really happy (more importantly so is my wife). I would definitely use the company again, they are wonderful. Thank you guys so much!
I had selected the deluxe version of the flowers and the flowers were beautiful but it was not at all what was projected on the picture. There were way less flowers in real life than I had ordered.. This was disappointing since I spend quite some money
