I am pleased with the product.
I recently purchased the LV bumbag and received many compliments, highlighting it is a great bag.

I made a secondary purchase of another LV bag, but the quality was unacceptable. However, the company was helpful and I received a replacement bag for nominal shipping cost.

I just purchased (3) additional bags and will await a review of their integrity.

Overall, the bags are decent.

The only con I offer is caution with heavy use; the stitching/threading on the straps fray and wear quickly.

Was highly impressed and def will be a repeat customer!!

I absolutely love these bags, the workmanship is beautifully crafted. The service you receive from the company is 100% class. They send updates, pictures, can't say anything bad. Great communication too. Thank you for a great experience, you know I will be back for more.

I have purchased 3 Loui V bags so far. Just ordered a Gucci and waiting for it arrive.

Of the 3 bags previously ordered, 1 of the bags did not have the greatest quality zipper. The other 2 so far were different closures and are very nice bags.

I also received 2 free wallets but they were not the greatest quality.

I am hoping the Gucci bag I just ordered today is nice and that you add a quality matching wallet this time.

Always great service and product is amazing quality.

I have made a number of purchases from these guys and I have always been very happy with my experiences.
Quality is excellent and communication and shipping are first class

My husband purchased a bag and the strap was missing! When he inquired about it they told him to order another one and they will give him 20% off! Now what since does that make…. Just send me the strap! They went back and forth until he said I’ll just return it. They said ok but he had to pay $70 for shipping. ITS A RIP OFF, DON’T BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS SELLER!! SCAM SCAM SCAM…. They got us good!!!

BEWARE! Product shown IS NOT what you'll receive. I ordered a bag based on what they show on Instagram and got a VERY BAD QUALITY replica even though I paid premium dollar for it. DO NOT RECOMMEND!

0 STARS! SCAM!!! Fake tracking sent updates 2 times a week. Said package was delivered and it was not. Took the tracking number to the post office. Our USPS takes photos of all packages. The shipment under that tracking number was sent from LA to a fake address in my zip code. I messaged them and they said it’s USPS fault. Then they said they would resend a new bag after I showed a photo of the fake package (not anywhere near big enough to be the purse I ordered). I had to file a claim through PayPal to have refund issues. No bag was sent and they had me waist hours tracking down a fake package. No purse was ever sent!

This company customer service is 5 Stars ⭐️ the product quality matches that ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Nothing but a stuff around with false tracking the entire way. Bag arrived much later than stated it would and the packaging was absolutely terrible. The bag itself looks better than a Bali knockoff but clearly far from the quality of a genuine product.

Do not buy from this company it is a complete scam. And a whole new level of scamming at that . It’s been over a month . First I was given bogus tracking information only to receive an apology email that they found the problem . Today I received information was package was delivered. I highly doubted that so I left work to go home to check for that package . Wouldn’t you know that “delivered package “ wasn’t delivered . Fake tracking information thru the USPS is a Federal offense in this country . This company is out of China I believe . I’m taking this fake information to the post office to hopefully stop these people from stealing hard earned money over a product they never delivered and know they never delivered. They go to great lengths for their elaborate scams. They will soon find out false information through the post office in the USA is a punishable offense

Update on my Integrity bag
it arrived broken
I cannot believe that they would deliberately break one side of the handbag in order to stuff it into a plastic wrap. OK, it isn't a Louis Vuitton box but surely there was another box they could have used. Instead one side of the bag has been broken and it was stuffed into a bit of plastic.

The bags are beautiful. I’m buying my third one. Can’t wait to have summer Louis Vuitton looks!

DO NOT I REPEAT DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY !!! THE QUALITY OF THE BAGS ARE HORRIBLE AND THEY WILL MESS YOU AROUND IF YOU WANT TO RETURM THEM!!!!

Do not trust them do not buy bags from them if you get screwed over make sure to keep a documented file of your email demands and their bad grammatical bot replies then file a dispute with your credit card company! Inform them you were defrauded by SCAMBAGS aka Integrity bags (LOL). Make sure you send your documentation with your disputes. You’ll get your money back and the more we file disputes on them the higher the probability will be they lose the ability to use credit cards for their business. I gave them so many chances to fix my issues and I would get these fake bot replies and sometimes a human replied with bad grammar. The bags are poor quality and in my case was lopsided and the wrong color pattern. So be ware and the good reviews on here I suspect are FAKE it’s most likely them but who knows maybe some people got lucky and they’re happy and that’s great. But read all the ones that aren’t happy. SCAMMERS FRAUDS Integrity lol bags.

Hello Harper, I just received my last 2 bags, they are gorgeous and the backpack matching the duffel looks beautiful. I look to order more in the future. Thank you for all your help and customer service is great. You answer your customers. Highly recommend you to my friends. I see other reviews complaining it's a knock off, obviously at that price point. Read!! The bags are good quality just as good and made just as well.
I bought 7 bags and only 1 issue with 1 bag besides that no complaints.
