I have made several purchases over the last year and have been blown away each time! The communication is clear, ship time is as expected and the items are always well packed to keep them safe during transit!
The items came in the brand box, with a lovely high quality dust bag and all of the hardware was wrapped and protected.
The quality and craftsmanship of the bags is really lovely. Everything is spot on as it should be!
Zippers are of excellent quality and run smooth, the monogram canvas is bright and accurate. The glazing on the vachetta is beautiful.

I ordered my first bag and it was beautiful, full leather as described. I was so happy I ordered the same bag again in a different color. The bag was 100% plastic. Do not waste your money.

There is a great selection of bags with both style and brand for affordable pricing. Shipping was timely and the quality of the bag I received was better than expected. I have already placed a 2nd order!

The bags are of amazing quality, the prices are unbeatable, and the service and delivery times are exactly as stated on the website. I live in Germany and it usually takes about two to three weeks from placing the order to receiving the items. I’ve ordered many, many bags already and have never been disappointed. I bought three bags from them, after almost 2 months, I only received two that were way, way different from what I ordered!!! Pictures are different from their website! Low quality and has bad smell that even though you already let it air dry; smell is still there.
As for the pending last bag, I kept on asking customer service for how many times already, but they are not responding to my concerns and queries correctly! They even gave me fake tracking number!!! How frustrating and annoying!!! I paid for all the bags, and were all expensive and you did not get what you paid for!!!

They sent wrong product and will not take it back

They sent defective bag and will not replace or provide refund. They want me to keep the bag and give some small amount credit. Do not buy from these people. They are a fraud

Do NOT SHOP WITH THESE SCAMMERS. Promised 1:1 quality. It is a very cheap knock off Bali quality bag. Took almost a month to arrive, and honestly that was after I threatened to dispute with my bank, then the package suddenly ships from Los Angeles. Not what was pictured. Close but a very very cheap quality bag I will chalk it up to my mistake for trust social platform shopping. Giving the bag to my seven year old to play with. Pathetic.

Did not receive bags was given a fake tracking number pal pal took $731 AUD and I have not received the bags this is a SCAM
