Received a package today! This is crap I am embarrassed to say I wasted my money on this. It’s states 1:1 replacement in the website absolutely false!!! I don’t carry fakes I made very bad judgement and the company made it very clear they don’t need customers like me!!! Their customer service is awful as well. The bag I received is not the bag advertised on the website

These are fabulous quality bags. I did get a little bit of disappointment as I had my initial purchase delivered to a PO Box however, they didn't arrive. When I contacted Integrity, it was not an issue for them. They straight away sorted it out and sent me new goods immediately. The staff were lovely and understanding to deal with.

This company hides behind emails, I have 35+ just to get what I ordered. Ordered 2 purses, only received one and it has a broken zipper. This company refuses to make things right. Never order from this company workmanship is bad at best, customer service and the ability to reach a human is even worse. I hate to write reviews when emotions are so high. But take it from this senior that this company is not worth your time or money.
