Great products very high quality

Took over 30 days to get 2 bags. Came in LV boxes which were totally damaged as they mailed them in a plastic envelope. Bags smell so bad and the quality is awful. Not even close. On their website it says full refund if not received within 30 days. I called my credit card company and I am getting my full refund. I emailed to the company and told them I want them to send me a prepaid mailing label and I will be more than happy to send these back otherwise I am tossing them do not order from this company. Big big scam they told me to put the bags outside and put baking soda in them so the leather would smell good. First of all, it’s not leather and second of all I shouldn’t be having to do that. They stink like smoke and God only knows what else do yourself a favor. Do not order from this company.

The bag was wrapped in plastic, creased and wrinkled. no signature, not leather, not even a close replica of the real deal, Disappointed and a waste of $200.

This company is terrible. I got my bag, an LV trunk. It came with the zipper messed up. I asked prior to purchasing about returns. I also read the return policy online and both said they would except returns will a full refund within 30 days. Now when I am trying to file for a return/refund they are basically telling me they advise against it because I could be hit with a bunch of fees. They said I could keep this one and they would ship me a new one for $80 shipping fee. Do not buy from this company.

I ordered aLV Neverfull and got a cheap replica.Fake leather poor stitching etc. I contacted them with pictures and they kept offering me discounts but I wanted a full refund. I was told it had to be sent back to Singapore for who knows how much. I opened a case with Amex and they refunded my money. NEVER BUY FROM THEM!!!

Absolute scam artists. Said my bag was delivered and just let out the front of my home. Presumed STOLEN and $272 out of pocket. Seller won't respond. Courier is hopeless. Paypal can't do anything about it.

they ship with name and address in ILLINOIS USA and make return to address in Singapore with expensive postage half the value of the bag to get refund ! That is so crazy !

I received my order and i was disappointed, the item showed on their website seems to be pictures of the original LV bags but what they sent is not make the same way with all the details and it’s not leather….. i don’t recommend!

Very poor quality and don't offer returns

I bought a couple of bags so far and I am very happy with my bags. They look very nice and I was amazed at the quality. Customer service is very helpful and they reply my email very quickly and promptly. Highly recommended for anyone who is looking for a reliable product with great quality.

I have been hesitating and wanting to purchase this bag. I was worried about quality and frankly if I would be scammed. I finally pulled the trigger and I am so happy I did.
The bag quality is second to none! It's soft and just great quality overall. People have noticed and I have referred many to the site. I'm really happy with this purchase and definitely will buy again.

They advertise that the bags are real leather but they aren’t. I received my bags and, while the craftsmanship was fine, they were not real leather so I will not use them. I had to ship back to Singapore to get a full refund. The bags have now been sitting in UPS warehouse for almost two weeks as they will not respond to UPS to help facilitate delivery. Now I’m stuck with no bags and no refund. :(

I ordered a Chanel bag in February, and it was coming from China via the tracking.
The bag has a funky smell, as it’s not real leather. Only reason I gave 2 stars, is that it is made very well. But, not worth $200!!!!
Like others who’ve posted, they wanted me to ship back to China. Really 🤷‍♀️ NFW!

I am sure this company is fine UNLESS there is an issue. So just be sure you are willing to keep what you purchased you will most likely be fine. I bought 2 purses and they sent me the wrong one. The other smelled so bad that I will never use. They will not refund unless you ship back at your cost - which is a large amount. This is how they get you. I disputed with PayPal and my credit card but since they delivered the product, I cannot get a refund, again without sending it back with a huge cost. I have learned my lesson. I get their game now and will never shop with them again.

I have purchased many bags from Integrity. My wife loves every one of them. Amazing quality, at a great price! You can’t beat it!
