This is my second time ordering from Integrity Bags and I am super pleased with the quality and communication from the company. I ordered a Birkin this time! Excited to receive it!

do not buy from integritybags.com. This is a horrible company. The quality of the merchandise is terrible and although they say 100% satisfaction guaranteed on their website, they do not honor that I sent back my bag for a full refund I questioned them twice in an email to confirm the address I was provided to return. The merchandise was correct both times they said yes however my package never got delivered to that address. The tracking said unknown address do not do business with this company.

This is the worst purchase I have made. I purchased the denim neverfull and it did NOT come in a box or a bag it just came in a plastic USPS bag. Poor quality and took over a month and a half to get Worst purchase yet!

Scam. Never Received.

This is my second review of this company because my case just closed with PayPal. Please do not buy from Integrity Bags. Do not believe any of the positive reviews. This company is a complete scam. Their site says ships from Singapore but it’s a Chinese company. Not that a Chinese company is bad but their site is misleading at best and fraudulent at worst. I’m not sure if they pay for the positive reviews or not, but do not under any circumstance buy from this company. I purchased a bag based on the positive reviews. I had a tracking number which was stuck in LA then I open a case with Integrity where the bag I received another tracking number with a bag supposedly somewhere in a different part of California. I opened a claim with PayPal two weeks ago and was reimbursed today. Thank goodness for PayPal, but please, please don’t use this company. Total and complete scam. Do not believe the positive reviews. Just don’t. I think this company is hoping that you will forget about your order and never go after them for repayment.

Terrible! The pictures and descriptions are Not what I received. The YSL straw bag ripped upon first use;the LV was CHEAP stamped plastic. Customer service very difficult. Could not return and refund amount was 1/3 of cost.Learn by my mistake

If I could give zero stars I would. The quality of the bag I received is shameful and not even CLOSE to what they advertise. Stay away from this seller. I am asking for my money back and it’s not even worth sending back. The item is for the garbage can.

I have purchased numerous bags, and they are all beautiful!

They sent me the wrong bag. I contacted them to report the mistake and was told that in order to get the correct bag sent to me, I would have to pay an additional $80 for them to ship it to me. When I asked why they would charge the customer to correct their mistake, they offered me a 20% refund and I keep the bag that was sent. I don’t want the bag they sent, it is not the quality that they advertise.
Their website talks about their quality assurance process of emailing a picture of the bag you order before shipping it to you so that you can approve the item quality, but this never happened. If they had done so, I could have told them it was the wrong bag.
At this point, I just want my money back but it doesn’t look like that’s going to happen.

I have purchased replica bags before and this is definitely “lower end”. The shoulder strap the “LV” bag is definitely not leather as it is thing and. Heap feeling. The lining of the bag is almost see through. The bag definitely smells like plastic. It looks good except for the strap. It’s very obvious it’s a fake….. I’ll donate it since there are no returns .

I received my Louis Vuitton backpack a few days ago and I love it. It is heavy, quality leather. It's better than I expected. It did take about 25 days to arrive. I would include a picture, but this site Trustpilot, doesn't let me.

I have ordered a few items from Integrity, my advice is not to order anything with zippers as those tend to look cheaper and dont work as well. The larger Louie’s are perfect.

Got my Louis Vuitton bag today … size I ordered was big but I received medium tote bag … else it is same shown in pictures . Definitely there is a strong smell coming from bag. Delivery took about a month. Yes the quality for 230 dollars is good but in didnot like the size . Thanks

Ordered, never arrived and money not refunded! AVOID!

BUYER BEWARE! I suspect that they are paying for 5 star reviews because for every bad review there are multiple 5 star with no pictures of bags. Like others, I ordered (4/13/25) but I went through PayPal bc I didn't trust them with my credit card info, and I'm glad. It is 5/27/25 and I never received my order. I went in circles with the company for weeks. One person said my order was in the US and cleared customs, the other said it was stuck in customs, you receive sketchy tracking info and the only updates are in emails. The tracking info doesn't change. I had to open a case that ended up becoming a claim with PayPal despite never receiving my order. The company didn't want to refund me. They claimed to send out another bag, they also offered discounts on future scams. Save yourself the headache, this company is NOT legit. No integrity to be found...

I find it interesting that not one reviewer that gave them 4-5 stars did not upload the purse they purchased. Sounds like a scam to me‼️

Don't trust their website. What you see is only photos. Once you are paid and recived a products totally different. And only offer less than 50% refund. Scam artist!!
What you are see on website.and they are offer you pay more than triple than that's similar product!😡😡😡
