Purchased a bag and is cheap quality for AUD 500 (from China factory) .After several small offers from this Singapore mob to keep the bag and refused so asked for return address in Singapore .Unprofessional practices by giving me the wrong address and ph number so the bag was returned to Australia after another 52 dollars spent and 4 weeks in transit so they can have the excuse of not receiving returning bag .BE WARNED!!! DO NOT BUY ANYTHING from this Singapore e-commerce website !!! Will report to Singapore police and consumer affairs for their practice!! Integrity bags information

Extremely annoyed. Ordered a watch Aug 1st. It’s now Aug 19 and after receiving notifications along the way the last one saying the item was in Australia customs a week ago - I still have no watch.

Today I receive a new email that they are just shipping my watch now!

When I say I have written 3 reviews in over 40 years of shopping- I mean it. I was so excited about ordering from Integrity Bags I forgot my number one rule when ordering online- Check Trustpilot first!! I ordered an LV bag in May 2025, costing around $197. Within 5 minutes after ordering it I realized I broke my rule of checking Trust Pilot’s reviews. After reading the reviews on several sites- I was Horrified, I immediately contacted AmEx to cancel- they told me I would have to contact the business. I immediately sent an email to Integrity Bags- it had been about 10-15 minutes since I my purchase. Integrity Bags said it was too late to cancel but I could return it when I received it. Fast forward to August 2025 and I still did not receive my bag. Integrity never responded to my email but, fortunately, Amex canceled my purchase and refunded my money. BEWARE-Integrity Bags is a COMPLETE RIP OFF!!!

Never again. They show photos of the authentic bags but what arrives is a cheap, knock off not even close to the photos. Waste of money

The advertised discounts are not correct and I’m not sure if you ever receive goods.

Surely I’m not the first person to notice my code for 50% off only gives me 25% off. This is the start so it’s not looking good.

Prior I ordered a watch mid July to date I am still awaiting delivery it has been overdue for a wk now. Outlook does not look good. Integrity update the shipping info and does not provide tracking to the customer!. Should of been a sign!.
I’m pleased the promotion code (given after the first purchase) was incorrect and I didn’t go on to purchase a second item I will not receive.

My wallet came nicely wrapped in a Louis Vuitton box. The quality of the leather is wonderful. It looks and feels just like a real LV wallet. I ended up calling customer service with a question and they responded right away. Highly recommend Integrity Bags!

The product that I ordered and the product I have receive it’s absolutely two different things. It’s smells so bad that I had to place it in the basement. The color, shape, material are awful. Some moly trash. A classy lady would never wear that quality.
The customer service is awful and stubborn on the returns.

I was originally skeptical, but IntegrityBags completely exceeded my expectations. I purchased the Louis Vuitton M23963 Keepall Bandoulière 55 and the M11648 Trio Messenger — both arrived in excellent condition and are very high-quality replicas. Customer service was prompt and helpful, with timely responses throughout the process. Overall, a smooth experience and I’ll definitely be back for more.

I wish I could give a zero star. I bought a Louis Vuitton Neverfull GM and Neverfull Inside Out. Integrity Bags didn’t even try to match anything to the original. Their measurements for both bags were way off and the quality was awful. The materials that were used were in the bottom tier. The smell of cheap plastic was horrendous. You could get much better bags with the same amount of money.

Absolute scam. Got my bag, used it a couple of times and the hardware broke completely and is not able to be repaired. Extremely poor quality for the price and they reuse to offer any options or assistance. Zero stars - beware!

I purchased a bag from them and in less than 3 months, the handle broke. They offered to replace it for another $80, but frankly that is another $80 I would be throwing out the door.

Both bags were advertised as genuine leather like the original. Both were very poor quality and obviously not leather. The materials are very thin. I have not been able to use either one.

These bags are not great. I order from Luxtime and their bags are just as good as the real thing.
The quality of one of the bags is ok but the other one is cheap and smelly.
The customer service is good and responsive but returning the item is not worth the cost.
They did give me a partial refund so they will work with you but I would never use this bag as it’s cheap and smelly.
It’s definitely a risk so I suggest going to Luxtime..their bags are all just as good as the real thing.

Completely untrustworthy seller. They say they make quality replicas. What they deliver after 6 weeks ( not the week to 10 days advertised) is a cheap looking, shodily finished knock off that isn't even close to being a replica in either design or quality.
When it eventually arrived in a plastic shipping bag, the cheap cardboard box (with smudged printing of a premium brand logo) containing the crappy looking article was crushed on one side.
The bag smells like plastic, not leather. The stitching is crooked and cheapo zipper on the bag doesn't work. There metal fittings are cheap and chintzy.
After emailing to say I don't want it as it's not the quality item they describe in their adverts I was told I could ship it back too Singapore or accept a credit of$100.
After getting a quote to ship it back it worked out better for me to take the $100, use the bag to carry dog treats when I walk my dog, and accept the loss of the difference.
They never paid the refund and told me on numerous occasions that they had sent the refund to my payment method. It never arrived. They eventually stopped replying to my requests for proof of payment made to my account.
DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. THEY SHOULD NOT BE ALLOWED TO HAVE THE WORD" Integrity" IN THEIR NAME BECAUSE THEY HAVE NONE.
Garbage product, dishonest company, buy at your own risk.
I will post this review wherever I can to earn other people not too be suckered into buying from this company.
